Salon quality iron but without the high price!
Gave this to my daughter for Christmas when she asked for a $500 flat iron. While it didn't cost near that amount, it works like it was $500! The plates never get sticky and always leave beautiful and evenly flat hair.

Works much better that expensive units
Just bought this to replace a straightener I left behind on accident while traveling. My other straightener was over $300 - this was far less money and actually works much, much better.

Amazon shabby packaging let to item not working.
This product was shipped in a Amazon bag and when received the bag was opened and box was partially opened. Although this was in a box from manufacturer it was an expensive item and I expected it to be shipped in a Amazon box. As a result it wouldn’t even turn on! Disappointed. As a result I won’t be reordering and will buy from a different vendor.

Broken
Ordered on Nov 9, 2021. I don’t use everyday and I’m not a hairstylist who leaves it on all day. Went to use iron on match 21 and it won’t heat up. I truly loved this iron till it stopped working. I guess I should have taken the reviews a little more serious as this seems to be a problem
