How do they get these bottles so full? Is there a trick to opening without spilling all over the place?

Yes they are full! I just opened it slowly without squeezing the bottle so much. Probably try holding at the very bottom while opening.

Said nothing about fluoride on the bottle so I’m going to have to say yes
