I recently purchased this robot vacuum and mop for my large home of around 280 square meters, which has a mix of tile and carpeted areas. The performance has been outstanding, making cleaning effortless. The worst robot vacuum machine I’ve ever seen!!! So complicated!!! Misses a lot of spots!!! Loses location! Loses connection!! Set it up to clean a room, goes to vacuum the carpet then claims that it finished cleaning?! How?! What about the other tiles? Very big! Very heavy!!! Need a human cleaning after every use!!! What is the point then from self cleaning?!!!!! Really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Got myself two!!! And as soon as i am able i will be replacing them for sure

اكتب تقييمي لأن تجربتي مختلفة بعض الشي . بداية شكرا امازون لاتحاتنا فرصة ارجاع المنتجات خلال 15 يوم لحتى . اشتريت هذا المنتج المرة الأولى و ارجعته لأنه كان هزاك مشكلة في التطبيق باللغة العربية وعلى اجهزة اندرويد . وحالوت اتواصل مع الشركة لم انجح . ولا يوجد لهم وكيل قي الامارات . بعد ان ارجعتها طلبت منتج آخر من شركات متعددة . لكل شركة مان لي ملاحظة معينة إما الشحن او الصوت هالي او الميزات اقل من السعر . طلبت 5 منتجات من شركات مختلفة ولم يعجبني اي شي و بعدها بفضل الله وصلت لوكيل شركة ايكو فاكس في الشرق الاوسط . على صفحتهم على انستغرام و مكتبهم في العراق . تواصلت معهم وبصراحة كانو مهتمين بشكل جدا ممتاز لدرجة امهم تواصلو معي بالصوت والصورة . واخبروني انه تم اصلاح مشكلة التطبيق بعد التحديث وبالفعل سمحو لي بمشاركة جهاز من عندهم و تأكدت انه تم اصلاح العطل في التطبيق . وطلبت هذه المكنسة للمرة الثانية و بالفعل انها رائعة .لاحظت من خلال المراجعات عنها والتقييم هناك اناس كثيرين قالو انها تتلخبط في الخريطة بعد الرسم ويجب اعادة رسم الخريطة و منهم من قال انها فيها عيب انها لا تمشي على السجاد اذا كان السجاد بلون غامق لأنها تقرئه فراغ وكأنها على سطح طاولة وتخشى السقوط . ومنهم قال انها لا لا تدخل تحت الكنب لأنها ايضا تقرئه فراغ و تشخى السقوط .و منهم من قال أنها لا تظف حول الاشياء بشكل دقيق .ولكنني عرفت لماذا يحدث ذالك .بداية من اجل الخريطة . هي بالفعل تخطأ الخريطة في حال تم تحريك المحطة بعد رسم الخريطة و حتى لو غيرت اتجاهها فيجب اعادة رسم الخريطة . وهناك في التطبيق خياران لرسم الخرائط . خيار متعدد الخرائط أي للبيت طابقان او اكثر . فاذا كان منزلك طابق واحد الغي خاصية الخرائط المتعددة .ثانيا . اذا كان لديك سجان لونه غامق استخدم خريطة ثلاثية البعاد و استخدم خاصية رسم الاثاث . ستجد في التطبيق سجاد بأبعاد معينة . اختر مقاس السجادة وضعها في الخريطة لتسجل في ذاكؤتها ان هناا يوجد سجادة و كذالك الكنب و السرير . وبعدها لن تقرئه ظلام و ستمر عبره وتنظفه .ثالثا . اما بخصوص عدم الوصول بشكل عميق ودقيق حزل الاشياء فعليك الغاء خاصية الاصطدام و اكتشاف العوائق و دعها تصدم واطمئن لن تتأذى أو تخدش ولكن عليك الا تترك شيئ في الأرض كاسلاك شاحن او قطع قماش صغيرة كي لا تعلق .مزايها الرائعة .قوة شفط رائعة وتستطيع التحكم بها او تتحكم بذاتهاالمسح نضيف جدا و يمكن ان تتحكم بكمية المياهويمكن وضع أي معطر او مطهر مع خزان المياه النظيفة .صوتها يعتبر أقل صوت من جميع المكانس ال5 التي جربتها قبلهامساعدها الصوتي دقيق ولا يخطأ وسهل جداالكاميرة ميزة رائعة جدا وتستطيع ان تستسخدمها ككمرة مراقبة وانت خارج اللمنزل وتحركها كيفما تشاءشكلها فخم و مميز جدا و عملية جدا .فيها ملاحظة واحدة فقط . انها لا تمشي بخطوط مستقيمة ومتوازية تماما . ولكنها لا تترك مكان دون ان تنظفه .تستحق 5 نجوم و وكيلهم في العراق بصراحة يستحق 7 نجوم لأنهم يهتمون بمحبة رغم انهم ليسو مسؤلون عنها داخل الامارات .شكرا جزيلا ايكو فاكسشكرا جزيلا امازون

This really is one of the best buys in my life! Works like magic..so independent..like having a house maid..so smart! I can go on and on..been using it for 1 year! Can’t live without it.Cons(I am being unfair as this machine has increased my expectations to another level😅)- Map doesn’t seem to update automatically if we move things around.. misses the edges a bit

Compared to the previous version X1 Omni, this item is very disappointing. I ordered it with great anticipation, thinking it would be better than the X1 Omni since I have been using the X1 Omni for two years. However, it is not performing well.Cons:1) Price point.2) It does not return to the station properly.3) It gets stuck under the table.4) It misses some locations while cleaning.Pros:1) No need to remove furniture for vacuuming.

ذكي ويعمل بالتطبيق مع رسم خرائط ولكن تنظيفها يعتبر بشكل يومي وليس تنظيف عميق كما في اوزمو الاصدار القديمكما ان فرشاتها عباره عن سيلكون فقط وليس مثل اوزمو ايضا

only issue , mop drying time is approximately 2 hrs , user should have flexibility to make in 3o minutes. software needs modification

I purchased the Ecovacs Omni X2 through Amazon around four to five months ago, and I have been experiencing several issues with the product.1. The voice ignition feature rarely works as expected, often not responding to commands.2. The vacuum produces an unusual and disturbing noise, unlike my previous Ecovacs model. And the hair get always3. The mapping is faulty, frequently failing to return to the station, and often reporting a "brush stuck" error even when nothing is obstructing it.These defects make the product unusable, and I am not satisfied with its performance. As it is still under warranty, I would like to request a refund or a replacement with a different model. However, I am leaning toward a refund, as I am considering purchasing from another brand.
