Great for personal medical kit
This kit is super sturdy and very well made. The amount of space and options to customize this into a personal medical kit are endless. The only negative that I would give this, and it may not even be a negative depending on your perspective, is that when it is stuffed full of items it may not be convenient to get open and stuff may have a tendency to "spill out". The other issue is that this thing gets big and bulky when it is full. If you have this attached to a backpack via molle it will add some significant weight. That said, I really do like this kit because you can really add a lot of bandaging and medical items to it. Possibilities to customize this kit to your uses and liking are endless. Definitely recommended for outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and first responders who like to have a solid kit on had for any circumstance.

Fireline Worthy
I was in search of a med bag that would attatch to my fireline pack. I am a Wildland Firefighter and need something tough and versatile. I am super impressed with this pouch. It holds way more than I expected and the build quality is exceptional. I have had it in the rain and in the dust, yet my med supplies stay clean and ready to go. Absolutely worth every penny and I expect it to last a long while. I will say that if you stuff it too much the quick deployment suffers a bit, but that is user error in my opinion. Added some pull tabs to it for easier deployment. If you are riding the fence, don't, just buy one. I really like how it displays the contents not only on the way it folds out, but the orange fabric inside makes everything stand out.

Great pouch
I tend to overload my kit and this fits almost everything I need. I've got a smaller one, but with both I have enough for backpacking.

Expensive but worth it
Okay, this is a but pricey, but I love it. It will last forever, survive motor-cycle crashes and what-not, and protect your first aid kit. At first it seems a bit small, but I can get a nice amount of first aid supplies in this thing, including among other things a full size SAM splint. I wouldn't want it any bigger for my purposes, to take it with me on all my backpacking and motorcycle trips. I like all the pockets and straps to keep everything organized, including the straps on the outside, and how it opens up in a jiffy to make it all easily accessible.Overall, it's everything that is described and I'm happy with it.

Good size snd quality, but not rip away.
Good size and quality, but not rip away. Would like to be able to put my pack down and just bring my IFAK to some one in need.

Best for medical people
This is hands down the best bag for anyone who is remotely trained in emergency medicine. the average joe may not need one this size, but product is very durable and well made. worth the money, I molle sticked mine to my bag and I carry it every day, riding motorcycles, gun range, I bring it everywhere

A must buy!
Product arrived quickly and I was impressed from the start. I ordered two for car IFAKS began to load them up and up and up. Lots of functional, pockets, loops and bands. Great contrasting color on the inside to readily recognize items in low light. Zippers are high quality, construction is meticulous. I've owned many competative brands and wished i'd have spent the money on these from the get go. Buy this, skip the rest, the closest in quality is Maxpedition and In my humble opinion this product is a much better product. Id buy again and will do so for the smaller packs for my vests for all family members.

Perfect size for the application.
This kit is perfect for what I was building.I am Remote EMT certified and was working to build a kit that could sustain a back country trip of 5 for about a week. The kit needed to countain both imminent life saving gear such as a TQ, quick clot, epipens, etc, along with minor injury and illness prevention so that a blister, wound, or upset tummy doesn't ruin the trip either. The kit had to keep the gear organized and accessible without having to dump the whole kit. The kit needed to be small enough to carry inside the pack but able to be carried on a waist belt incase extra room or excursions were needed. This kit fit all the gear perfectly, it keeps everything organized, and everything is easy to access.Only downside (can't win it all). My understanding from the description is that this is water/sand resistant with resistant zippers, but I'm not sold on that so everything lives in bags. Below are photos of the kit loaded to give you an idea of size and some of the contents (though the picture is missing a few items.

Vielseitig einsetzbar
