STAUBCeramics Covered Brie Baker, 8in, White

I needed a small serving casserole. Be sure to read the dimensions before ordering — this is a stoneware piece, NOT enameled cast iron, nor is it a stovetop piece. This item is meant to be used as a warmer/server for side dishes — exactly what I needed. Quality-wise, it’s Staub, it’s excellent quality.

I used it twice before hubby accidentally dropped it on the tile floor. It shattered. The two times I used it, it was great. Cleans up great. Fits a Brie perfectly.

Very beautiful and fits every esthetic. I used this a few times over the holidays season and it works perfectly. I debated on buying a less expensive brand, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm sure I will use this for years to come. Baked brie is always a favorite. So easy, but packs a flavor punch.

I am brand loyal to Staub, so this Brie baker was no disappointment. I’ve used it for dips and small bakes. It’s easy to clean, looks good, and not too expensive. The white color is nice as it goes with most of my serve ware.

Love this brie baking dish. It's pretty enough to use as the serving dish and can store leftovers with the lid. I wish the dish were a little deeper, but overall it's great!

I use these instead of paper for cooking things typically cooked en papillote. Works great. Presentation is pretty. Good size for a meal. Easy cleanup. Holds heat well prior to serving. It's nice to see a colorful and well prepared dinner when you take the lid off. Easier to arrange pretty meals than on paper.

Right size for large round of Brie and great quality.
