The Zinc Quercetin 120 Vegetarian Capsules are a great supplement for getting both essential nutrients in one capsule. It’s nice knowing that quercetin helps transport zinc into the cells, eliminating the need to take two separate supplements. I will note that the capsules are on the larger side, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, this might not be the best option for you. However, for me, the convenience and effectiveness make it worth it.

It works! I haven't had a cold or been sick for a couple of years now. I have an autoimmune disease so I have a very weak immune systems.... This certainly helps keeping me healthy!
