These clip on lights are fantastic. I use them for my early morning walk long before the sunrises, yet people are driving their car, sipping their coffee and checking phones while driving. Drivers do not always see people walking and jogging. I wear a high visibility shirt with reflectors, but these lights really add a boost to visibility in the dark, they are bright and can be seen from a far distance, in fact, many times I see cars slow down and take a close look at what the moving lights are, which is good, it means they see me and slowed down, exactly what I want. I bought a second pair to clip onto my dogs' leash when I take them on evening walks. I feel more safe and secure with these on in the dark.

It's difficult to write a review on these as people aren't always looking for the same thing. I go walking at night in an area with no sidewalks and drivers who drive with their lights off. I bought these to draw attention to myself to oncoming traffic. You can select high beam, low beam, or flashing high beam. They are only about an inch long, so I wouldn't imagine they make you visible from any distance that would matter. I would suggest getting this in conjunction with other reflective material or clothing to be effective. I combine them with a reflective vest, and an LED flashing belt.

I ordered these so that I could clip them onto my dog's collars when I run with them at night. They are very easy to clip on to their collars. I love the ability to set them to steady, or to different flash settings. I can also clip them onto my biking jersey when I take night rides. I lost one of the three lights the first time I took the dogs for a walk, though. It was my fault because I tried to clip it onto a round leash, and it ended up falling off. I heard it fall, but it didn't dawn on me that it had fallen. The light was not turned on (it was not yet dark), so I couldn't find it. I might order another set because they are super bright. I bought the red color, and their only purpose is so the dogs can be seen. They do not light the street or pathway.

The lights are pretty small, maybe 2 1/2 inches long, but they put out a very bright light. There are settings for steady or flashing light. I am a little concerned about the light getting accidentally knocked off my belt when I walk. The spring action clip is not super strong. I will be interested in seeing how long the battery lasts. Kudos to them for sending extra batteries along.

I use these for walking the dog and on my bike. These new brighter ones are really bright and no way will you be mistaken for anything else in low light conditions. I see a lot of cyclists that have expensive lights that suck. Very bright in the front but the back lights are so dim you can’t see them. The back of the most important side to be seen by oncoming traffic! I have the blue and the green and they will get attention. The small elastic I use as a ring so I can easily position my hand at oncoming traffic when walking and have one attached to the dog.These are awesome.
