Great Frames
I'm very happy with these frames. Good price, easy assembly and all the parts you need minus a hammer. Nails are included. The best part is the foundation is very well waxed and even smells like bees wax. I've had "waxed" frames that didn't even feel waxy but these have visible wax on them.

good frames, good price.
I like these black frames. I can see the bee eggs better with the black frames. They come wax coated, and I have used the foundation right out of the package... it's fine.BUT I find if I brush on another coat of bees wax, the girls build it out much faster.

Just what I needed! (could use more wax though...)
If you got the same quality I received and you're complaining about cuts not being perfect, you have clearly never made your own frames before... When I decided to start beekeeping, I wanted to build everything myself. My plan was to run all medium supers so everything was interchangeable. I've built almost everything myself, including over 100 medium frames. I have plenty of woodworking experience and frames are very complex to make from scratch... They require ocd attention to detail, very very specific measurements and require lots of different "jigs" if you want repeated accuracy. I'm glad I made them but they take a LONG time to build from scratch. I later decided to run ONE deep per hive and everything else would be medium. I was not about to start making deep frames. I needed foundation too so this was the way to go! These are great frames and foundation for the price, the wood was all nice quality. It took about an hour to assemble but I glued all surfaces that were meant to fit together and used a Brad nailer (one nail per corner) doing both with ensure longevity. The foundations popped in easily. One of the foundations did have a chunk broken off of it but that really shouldn't be an issue. The only ACTUAL "con" for me is the foundations needed more wax. I installed two 3# packages of bees with one drawn comb frame and 9 of these per hive. The bees have been building a bunch of crazy comb because they don't have much wax on the foundation so they don't want to follow the foundation pattern. Few days ago, I removed anything they haven't worked on yet and added wax to the foundation and replaced it. We'll see if they stop with the crazy comb. I'll TRYYY to update.... (let's be honest, I'll probably forget...)Update 4-27-2022: the frames that i added extra beeswax to have been FLAWLESSLY drawn out! (added pic from last inspection) They made very quick work on the frames since adding wax. With that im officially recommending you add extra beeswax if you can before installing these frames. Overall im still very pleased with these frames. Although I bought the pack for $59.99... They're currently up to $75.99 which is a bummer..

Much nicer that my plastic frames
These are much nicer than my plastic frames. Due to temperature warping of the plastic ones these should last longer.Nice wood. Everything fits well and the parts are interchangable. As you can see from the photos I tried to nail without pre drill and it split.I pre drilled 1/16 holes in the four corners. And used titebond III Ultimate Wood Glue in the four corners. I used this glue to build bee boxes in the past. The bees liked it and the boxes survived my mountain weather. If you mess up on the drilling just flip it over and drill one arm of the other fork. These come pre waxed but I will paint some of the bee's cap wax on them so the bees don't have to work so hard.

As described.
Frames were easy to assemble and the foundation had a decent amount of wax on them. Thank you for the quick shipment.

Good Materials and Workmanship
Not sure if I just got lucky, but these were really decent quality for an overseas product. Everything fit together well, and the wood was straight with no knots or warping. The plastic foundation seems to be well coated, so I'll give them a go and see how they work.
