The media could not be loaded. Worked like a charm. Sounds good. Watched the YouTube video and had it done in about 40 mins. Bought the little aux pass through that is recommended with it.

Great Audio Solution for a 2007 Corolla with NO AUX
Installed this in a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Many YouTube videos can help you learn how to install one for your specific car.Tip for you: Buy a plastic female “pass through” 3.5 mm jack. It should be the kind with a little hex ring to tighten the jack to whatever you’re mounting it on. If you plug the male end of the audiobaxics into the back female jack (which you can mount near your cigarette lighter, just drill the RIGHT sized hole) you won’t have to replace the audiobasic unit itself when you tear the 3.5 mm plug. You can keep using/abusing OTHER 3.5 mm cables while your audiobaxics 3.5 male end stays safely tucked under the stick shift panel, near the cigarette lighter.Sound quality is much better than Bluetooth or FM transmitters. I was tired of my FM transmitter’s distortion. This is absolutely an upgrade. Clear audio.Only complaint is the aux volume is a quieter than CDs and Radio, but that’s likely because there is no powered amplifier in the audio basics setup. It gets plenty loud still, enough to rattle the back window and make your ears ring.

Easiest and best option for adding an Aux-in to Toyota Tacoma
I had been searching for an easy work-around to Toyota's bonehead mistake in not adding an Aux-in to the 2008 Tacoma's...they coincidentally solved that problem the next year. This was an extremely easy and effective way to get around this problem. This was way easier and from my perspective a much better choice than installing an FM modulator. With this unit you can hear the slightest, but barely audible feedback between songs and when the vehicle is not moving...but you have to intentionally listen for it! Just turn the volume on your device to 80%+ and let the radio do the rest of the work. Good luck and enjoy.Installation: There are videos on the web from comparable manufacturers showing the installation. But to put it into words...pop out the plate that holds the control knobs for heat/ac/vent (just pull out the fan and position knobs, use use needle nose pliers to pull out the plate. there are 4 clips on the inside corners). Once that is out, push to side and look up inside. You will see four bolts that hold the radio/dash unit in place. (hint: use at 4"+ ratcht extension). Once the bolts are out, just slid the head unit out (may need a little wiggle), then locate the slot where you plug this gadget in. You can stuff the adapter box in the back and then run the wire out through the glove box. Whole process took me 15 minutes.

This thing is great!
I used this for my 2008 Toyota Tacoma with the single CD stock radio. This this was so simple to install. basic plug and play...that's all. As per the instructions that come with the product, you have to have your mp3 player up at full volume and then you can just have your radio volume the same setting as you always have to have it play perfectly. I use it on my android phone. So much better than those dam FM transmitters that you always get static from. For only $50 it is well worth it. Much less than buying a new radio which is what I was planning on doing just to get the AUX input function.Shipping was so damn fast too. got it in two days! Yes two days! It was shipped from Garden Grove. The only thing that takes long is getting the radio out and deciding where to route the unit. Actually taking out the radio is easy but I always tend to make things harder than they need to be. Make sure you put some painters tape or a cloth on the dash so you don't scratch it with the radio when it is dangling when you take it out.Bottom line, buy it! so worth it.

Excellent Product
Excellent product. Super easy install on my 2007 Tacoma. Pop the head unit out and plug in one plug in the back of it. Works great. Use the disc button to toggle between the cd player and the auxiliary input. The two minuses about it; the volume is a bit low compared to the cd player (not bad, just a bit lower), and I wish it would've come with a flush mounted jack or something to make it a cleaner looking install, rather than to just have a cable hanging from behind the dash. I'm going to get a 1/8" panel mount jack to install it in an empty accessory panel under my a/c vent. It's be nice if it came with this, considering the price. Overall a great product, and I'm thrilled to have an auxiliary input finally.

Good price, quick install
Simple enough to install into a 2004 tacoma. I ran into a problem with the connectors and audiobaxics sent me a wiring harness free of charge to finish the job.Once installed I only notice a small amount of feedback. Honestly it could be my trucks speakers. I would also suggest a 3.5mm female-female feed through coupler so you avoid wearing out the wires and needing to replace them. I was able to pop out a piece of my trucks bezel, drill a hole, and mount the piece. No issues yet as of june 24thOverall, good price and it only took me an afternoon to install. Very satisfied as long as it holds up

Works like a charm!
Took about an hour to install, but it could have been 30 minutes. I took my time as I watched a Youtube video on how to install this step-by-step. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla S and my console doors (both upper and lower) in the center console below the clock were broken, so I replaced them at the same time I installed this audio adapter. When taking out the CD Player, it felt like the molding around it was going to break, but it didn't. I plug it into the back of the CD Player and drilled a hole in the back on the Upper Console box and ran the wire through. It works and sounds great, just make sure your iPhone or iPod/iPad is turn up all the way. No engine noise or static. I only wish the 3.5mm plug was a bit slimmer to fit through the opening of my iPhone case. I bought an adapter and it fits great now.
