Pretty good
I developed plantar fasciitis and haven't been able to heal it. I tried wearing some rock-hard plastic arch supports and the pain made it impossible to walk. I am trying these now. These are much more comfortable and I hope provide enough support. I like the full-foot support. These cup your heel and provide some arch support while providing a soft cushion. I've been wearing these for a week and my foot is improving. These fit in my shoes better than the rock-hard plastic ones, yet I've still sized up my shoe. I wear an 8 athletic shoe and have put them in a size 10. I don't think I need to size up this much but it's all I had.

Great customer service -
I went through the process of putting these in the oven - the indicator didn’t change color so not sure if I got them hot enough. Put them in my work shoes and basically had to stand/walk for about 60 hours on a concrete floor (I’m a chef) the following week. I was pleased how my knees and back felt, but I lost feeling in the bottom of my left foot. Six weeks later about 70% of the feeling is back, hoping the rest does. You also should know that I also weigh over 300 lbs., so the nerves just might need to regenerate. Meanwhile I took out the left and put the original one from the shoe back in. Seems to be the best of both worlds.I decided it would be a good idea to contact the company and let them know my concerns. Marshall wrote back immediately and was concerned, asked if I had seen a doctor about the numbness. Meanwhile, he sent me a new pair of their memory foam inserts at no cost. I am very pleased with the new insoles and recommend the company for their quality products and great service

Great pain relief, but might be a hair too narrow for some
I normally wear a wide pattern shoe and I feel these are just a few milimeters too narrow, even for a regular pattern shoe wearer. I can feel my toe just edging off of one side even after repeatedly shifting the insole into the best position. If they make a wide pattern version, I've not seen it yet. However, I really, really love the relief I get when wearing them. I had previously been using PowerStep, the orange color ones, don't remember the exact model. The Form ones are much better on my one foot with plantar fasciitis. So 4 stars for feel and purpose but wish they were a bit wider.

Great product, great customer service
Works to help prevent ankle pain just like my more expensive orthotics and I can put them in all my shoes, even ones I only occasionally use. Great and responsive customer service when I had an issue with one of my deliveries.

Work for me
I’ve tried several insoles so know they are hard to review. No one insole right for everyone. I started using these because doctor had recommended and they are the best for me that I’ve used. I play tennis alot and these work in place of soles that come with tennis shoes. I have a higher arch and these are supportive for my feet.

4 star for hard baseball and arch support build (could have been a but firmer).1 star for proper fit. The arch portion is positioned to close to the heel, leaving the arch closer to my toes unsupported.I've worn various insoles for the last 25+ years. This is very close to the best for a 1-item solution. The best combination of comfort and support for me is 2 different items:1) For comfort, the factory"Skechers memory foam" that's standard with many of their shoes feels like you're walking on clouds (no discomfort for me after 12+hours on my feet and moving) and plenty of padding (though it's flat son unsupportive).2) For support: the Spenco 3/4 long, full arch support. It has a rigid, hard base with a little padding (which completely solo is pretty close to perfect because proper support is provided, but could be thicker padding). I literally have purchased extra sketcher shoes just to put the insole into other shoes or boots. So that's what works for me. Spenco on bottom, Skechers on top.

Stopped my Plantar Fasciitis cold
4 weeks ago after a run I felt a familiar and unwelcomed heel pain. I had had an issue with Plantar Fasciitis about 10 years ago that took me 6-8 months to get over. That night when I tried to walk on it it was like stepping on a nail with every step. The next day I tried to play softball through the pain and by the end of the game could not walk to my car. I thought my softball and running seasons were over. I found a recommendation for these on the internet and thought for the price it was worth a try. I did the oven molding step and the relief was immediate. The next day I played softball with some discomfort but nothing I couldn't play through. Since then I have played pain free. Today I just ran 5k pain free. I now own multiple pairs of these I keep in my running shoes, daily sneakers, spikes and golf shoes. I just remove the original insole and put these in. Do not try to put them over existing insoles. Your foot will be too cramped. My wife, who is a long distance runner who always has issues with her Plantar, uses them now as well. I hope these work as well for you as they did for me because it was a game changer for me.

Arc support
I have had Plantar fasciitis from running on treadmill. I use these soles in all my soles. I recommend this brand of Form soles

Steer clear
I bought these as they were highly praised online for comfort for long periods of time (I am a chef, working in a kitchen for 12-14 hours a day) so I thought I would give them a go as I experience back pain quite often as an unfortunate result of genetics. However, after following the instructions and moulding the insoles to my feet inside the shoes I would be wearing at work, I felt nothing but discomfort and they actually caused me more back pain as well as pain in my legs.Absolutely would not recommend, especially for the price.
