I purchased 2 sets for our bathroom showers last year. They look great and i love the steady rain shower feature. As others have noted, one of the shower handles cracked and I reached out to their customer service and indicated that one set is fine and that the other sest, there is a cracked shower handle... They immediately sent me not 1, but 2 replacement shower handles, just in case the other one experiences an issue... now that is customer service. Would defintely recommend this product.

Arrived fast. Packaged securely; white gloves too! Looks stunning and vintage. Transitions from top to side easily. I’m not 100% fond of the red and blue hot and cold indicators (I would prefer white) but still looks great. Pics are “during” renos WARNING: uses a ton of hot water and very quickly!!

The installer had difficulty installing but I believe because it's not a basic install. The instructions are to be desired. Once you figure it out it looks beautiful. The price wasn't bad, it's unique and looks expensive. It's gorgeous. Definitely worth it!

Love the style of these and the flow of water is amazing and quality is good for the price. There is no restrictor in these so you can use a tonne of water very quickly. I can drain our 50 gallon tank in 10 minutes with the shower on full. Install is a nightmare as all the shower head arm and the wand holder screw into the female adapter that is normal burried in the wall. Meaning the female adapter must be flush with the tile or drywall. My plumber almost made me send it back.

Very poor quality color comes off every time you try to clean it even before we had for one year
