These work well for the cleanroom but are on the small size. At 21" youre likely going to tear these. Will need to order larger size for women who tie up their hair. Otherwise they serve the purpose to keep hair out of things.

Comfortable. Just enough elastic, and plenty of room for long hair. Use them for working outside to keep pollen and dust out of hair. They seem to be good for kitchen use, too. Lightweight.
