Great product with realistic expectations!
This is a great product with realistic expectations. The color matching was easy as well as the application, I had to do three coats, but had plenty of paint. I did use all of the black to get the rich brown color. I didn't know there were different products for automotive and household, but the automotive works just fine. I rated it four stars for the cost plus shipping which I felt was a little overpriced for paint. Below you can see the left side of the couch pleather had worn off, my goal was to match the tan color underneath to the couch and this product did its job. The left side is the worn side in the picture and you can see the color matched pretty well to the side that was not damaged nor painted. I can't speak to wear yet but in a month or so I will update my post.Update: The application didn't last. It rubbed of after about 2 months. Disappointed...if it's something that sees regular use I would look at a different product.

Blends Well
This is a great KIT. The colors I chose are in the range I needed, and the White and Black included bottles can get the color quite close to what you are trying to match. (my leather seats actually have a darker tone from being sat on, are lighter in less used areas, and then a slightly Different shade for their vinyl areas. The vinyl area I would leave but it has dark stains from where a bracket rides across it. I can custom mix each area) The included sponge and handle are great too.

Sofa looks like new!
This was so easy to use and the results are amazing. After 24 hours we also applied a finisher to protect the finish, also from Amazon. Color match was easy. I modified the process a little with an intermediate step to fill in cracks and sand them before using the color paste. The kit was sufficient to do the lower cushions and sides of a loveseat. I ordered two more kits to do the entire loveseat. It's a cheap fix versus any other option. Time will tell how durable this is but after a month it's still perfect. The sealer gave a nice gloss to the finish, highly recommended. The little bottle of sealer goes a LONG way. Great product!!

No More Disapointments!
Great product and great customer service. Be patient and take your time with the color matching. You will not be disappointed. I had a few questions which were answered almost IMMEDIATELY by Patrick, even though it was the weekend! I tried previously touching up a small spot on my car leather with a different product (dye), but this did not work and made matters worse. The Color Blend covered up my error and made the leather look brand new. If you have any cracks, rub some of the product into these areas with a Q-tip before you start your major application. As long as they are not too severe, it will act as a filler and cover them up well after you put on your primary coat. All in all, excellent product, and a great company to deal with. If you have any questions BEFORE you purchase the product, I am sure Patrick will take good care of you. Seems to be a really great product. I purchased it to redo a leather steering wheel and after cleaning prep and two coats it came out like new. I also used it to retouch some door cards and the leather seat that had ripped and I had previously repaired and it looks really good. The seller was really attentive as well, they had to delay shipping a few days do to the deep freeze that hit the midwest, and emailed to explain correctly that the product would be useless if it was exposed to those temps during shipping but as soon as it warmed a bit they got it right out. Hopefully it will hold up for a long time but it seems to be a really quality product just follow directions and recondition the leather conditioned after use.

Great Product
Easy color match, works as described. Follow the directions, use 2 thin coats, and let it dry for 72 hours before putting on the 2nd coat. I used their Top Coat sealer 72 hours after the 2nd coat of dye. Be careful color matching - a little goes a very long way. My results were excellent. My car seats look new again after 17 years. I used a leather preserving product after the sealer.

Don't waste your money
I have a tan real leather couch and I tried every color in the kit alone, mixed etc. None of them even came close to matching. What upset me most was one of the pictures looked exactly like my couch so when the colors weren't even close it was all the more disappointing.

Great product
I ordered this product for a scratched leather sofa. Finally today I mixed the colors after cleaning the sofa and the color is wonderful!! I ordered the browns and reds since my sofa is eggplant/augberine color. Easy to apply, watch the utube video.
