We have a large complex garden with uneven terrain and plenty of sections, including slopes. There are large trees in the lawn and multiple steep sections. We were so pleased to get this set up. He does on occasion have to be rescued from trying to climb the beech, but other than that does an amazing job. After a year of working on half the garden, we’ve just added a new section to his workspace, and he’s done ok so far. A bit of tweaking in one slope where he gets carried away means we need to adjust the boundary there but we are very pleased. We are a multi cat household. Including a daft ragdoll, known for having no awareness when sleeping, and it is fine around them. The battery life has it going for hours, and if needed can be setup to go multiple times a day with charging in between. It is a shame unlike our vacuums that you cant temporarily control it via the app, meaning you have to go out and find it when its climbed the tree, but otherwise super simple to use.

It was a bit difficult to start as it came with a bad battery. But once that was sorted I am a big fan of this mower. Works all day

I had a problem with my mower after 6 months due to a faulty battery. The seller sent me a new battery and charger at no extra cost which fixed all of my errors with the mower. Couldn't recommend more.

I already had a robotic lawnmower, a yard force, excellent product does what you require excellent value for money. However I wanted one to cover a larger area and settled for the Einhell 1200, what a mistake! Useless goes out for a short period of time and then spends most of the day on charge. However worse the blades keep coming off, I was tightening them up every morning yet they still came off on a regular basis. I now have an expensive bit of kit which doesn’t cut the grass and a lawn with hidden razor blades so the kids can’t use it. Useless product and no one to complain to! Do not buy this useless price of kit!

We have a quite big garden, rough in places, and the 1200m. Range helped me decide to buy this a year ago. We set it up (a morning of work to bury the cable), gave the grass a prep mow as it had got long and tussocky with a petrol lawnmower, then sat back and enjoyed…. Everything was well and I was really happy. It’s quite mesmerising to watch it randomly cutting strips, trusting it’ll get everywhere eventually. Obviously, with a bigger space, the eventually takes time… even the dog got used to it. Then problems started. The wheels got stuck turning, it didnt turn itself off, and ran the battery down. I picked it up, pushed it into the charger and …. Didn’t charge. This is a design fault - if battery is too low, it cant seem to get started charging. So I bought a separate charger and that fixed it. But then about a year on…. It just stopped. Completely unresponsive - no apparent power even with full battery. I returned it via amazon and bought a replacement. Which arrived and…. Completely dead - wouldn’t tun on. Same issue. The delivery guy who picked that one up said ‘oh another one of those’ - it seems he wasn’t surprised to see it. So I’m trying another brand now. It’s a shame as its otherwise a good piece of kit - the electrical/battery connection needs improved.

It’s incredible - I have a very tricky lawn, yet it seems to manage the whole thing with ease. The setup can take a while to get right, but the instructions are clear and once it set up you’ll never have to mow again.

What a great bit of kit

If you have the perfect lawn and perfect patience along with a super desperate need to have a robot mow your lawn then it might be useful.I tried a hell lot of ways to set it up and ended up spending a month trying to solve all sorts of puzzles on why oh why?The best thing was that I did not have problems returning it which I was worried about. If I were to look for another robotic lawnmower it will have to be an item that is smart enough to do the job and not something that gets stuck and tries the same direction over and over instead of going around it. (this was 1/20 problems I experienced)
