Although it was originally shipped missing the yeast and other items. After an email they shipped all missing items to me free of charge. Great support, great value, all items came intact and all feel high quality. Instructions are simple and understandable, and I’m sure the jug and other parts will be great to be reused.

Communication I love the box it came in. So far, I am only on day 14 and waiting for the next 14 days but so far the instructions are easy to read and theres plenty of how to videos online. It came with everything. I did accidently get the rubber stopper stuck inside of the glass gallon but they were quick with communicating back with me. I will give it 5 stars once the product is finished. Just be careful putting the rubber stopper in, be gentle. If it comes out good then I will definitely say it's worth the buy! So let's see!

Lovely product, the instructions were easy to follow and made some nice tasty wine especially for a first time wine maker like me - the racking cane came broken and they promptly sent me a replacement, and while I ended up buying an automatic siphon due to my own inexperience with a regular one it was overall an easy experience and I’m very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend it to any other first time wine makers.

I got this kit to try making my own wine. It is pretty easy to use. It makes 1 gallon of wine, which is about 5 bottles. It's worth the price. The quality of the Moscato is good, it's really sweet, crisp, and fruit forward. I recommend getting this.

This was a lot of fun to use. My sister and I made a successful batch of berry wine with birch water.
