Easy to install and looks amazing in my living room!!! Definitely worth the money

Nice fireplace, works great, many different color options, puts out good heat. I needed a replacement remote (due to no fault of seller), and although I was willing to pay, Jesse sent one out for me no problem. Great customer service!

I went with the 72 inch fireplace. I love how the fire is displayed on the screen. Wish it came with more logs. We also have small spots on our screen and this is why I gave it a four review.

Having to disassemble to make needed connections which should not happen with a quality check

We have a 30' travel trailer with an entertainment center. There was a cabinet under the TV that was about 8"deep. I removed the cabinet doors and middle brace piece, and this fireplace was installed in a matter of about 30 minutes including a new custom built shelf on top for added storage. We went camping recently and the evening temperature dropped into the 40s (F) but we remained comfortable. The different light options are great, I tend to go with the oranges and reds for a more traditional look. BONUS: it comes with multiple options for the interior-- sticks, clear crystals, and colored crystals. I am super happy with my purchase, I don't think there is a single downside to this fireplace.

The unit is making a high pitch noise that changes with the selection of lighting combination. I change it until I get the squeal to be as minimal as possible but it's still there. If I turn it off and back on, you will need to again find a 'quiet' setting as it's never the same. I really want this to stop or get it fixed/replaced.

The recessed install was easy and this unit adds a nice ambience to our living room remodel.
