I recently purchased a 1000mm 2040 T Slot Aluminum Extrusions for a project I was working on. I am very pleased with the product. The extrusions are very strong and well-crafted. The slots are accurately machined, making it easy to attach accessories. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a strong and reliable aluminum extrusion.

Decent price, well machined aluminum extrusion. Would buy again. I bought this put put on a cross cut sled for my table saw to act as a fence (basically bolting this onto the front of the existing fence made of MDF). I did this so that I could dial in the accuracy essentially making the fence "adjustable" for accuracy by placing playing cards on one side between the Aluminum Fence and MDF Fence. By doing this, you don't have to adjust the MDF fence which is screwed on (you would end up with several holes in the bottom of your sled because you have to drill a new hole every time you dial in the fence via testing with the 5-cut method.Anyway, It works perfectly in that application as well as a miter station extended fence, CNC tracks, etc.

attention - holes are 5mm, lots of joining hardware is sold with M5 fasteners which will not thread into these, M6 bolts and M6 tap is required to secure hardware into the ends of these, some drilling still might be required to get 5.25mm hole for proper tapping
