What agency certified this as organic?

There does not seem to be any agency to verify that this product is organic and remember we're in an arms race with the Chinese government who gets roughly 60% corporate tax. So basically, we funding our demise by supporting Chinese companies that also have huge human rights issues. But sure, these are organic and there can't be any formaldehyde in them......

What is the best way to clean these?

I have had my nut bag for well over a month now and have made almond milk weekly using it. I squeeze the pulp in the bag as much as I can and then discard it in my compost pile. Then I shake the bag out to remove any remnants before hand washing it in my kitchen sink using a small amount of dish detergent. I swish it around until it is totally clean, rinse it and hang it outside to dry. I do not put it in the washing machine with other clothes. I am totally happy with this bag. It's very strong and works great.

How hard do you have to squeeze the nuts to form the milk?

Using a blender, blend soaked nuts with water as fine as your blender allows. Pour the nut meal into the bag and squeeze the water out. Not very hard to milk nuts.
