Lovely Classic Manga Series in an Affordable Edition!
Cardcaptor Sakura is one of those classic anime/manga series that anime fans so often recall with fond memories. Having watched the anime series when I was little, I wanted to read the manga that it was based on. Picking up the story directly from where Cardcaptor Sakura: Omnibus Volume 1 leaves off, this volume further explores the character of Sakura's mysterious new teacher, Kaho Mizuki. The story progresses considerably, with lots of action as Sakura closes in on the final remaining Clow cards. Some twists occur along the way, always making it an exciting read. To any manga fan who has never read the Cardcaptor Sakura series, do yourself a favor. Read it! You won't regret it.

Great!
Love it! I do not like the English version of animation, but the manga with English version is great. Easy to understand and enjoy. One pity (also common to other Japanese manga in English version) is the name. Translators used Japanese call instead of English call for some characters, like they use 'onisang (I just spell it with my memory of pronounce) ' instead of 'brother', and 'odosang' instead of 'father'. I am a fan of some Japanese animations, manga, and games, so I am familiar with these Japanese pronunciations. But these words really made difficulties for some readers who did not know Japanese culture.

Great story, formatting issue.
Not formatted well for the kindle screen. At some point the choice was made to put a blank border around the pages causing the images to be smaller than they could have been. This made some of the smaller text hard to read and required zooming. A thing that was not needed at all in the first omnibus which used the full screen. Aside from that the images were nice and sharp. As for the story. This is one of the sweetest stories that I've ever read. Sakura grows so much during the series. Recommended to anyone.

Amazing series!
Cardcaptor Sakura is a manga series about a little girl who fights and captures creatures that have been freed from magical cards. It was intended for younger readers but I find that adults can enjoy it just as much. The art is adorable and rich, and the story is very fun and touching. This series is by Clamp a very popular name in the manga world. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves manga and to any parents looking for something fun for their kids.

I totally recommend getting these volumes
I totally recommend getting these volumes. The binding quality is great, the color pages are beautiful, bravo!BUT, it's a little hard to handle and read conveniently. I don't have small hands by any stretch of the imagination (at work I use medium sized gloves) and I still had trouble handling it. Bear this in mind when purchasing!

Great omnibus, beautiful full page artwork
I love these. I bought them for my daughter, but I was very impressed with the quality. The full page art in the books makes it well worth getting the omnibus as opposed to getting the smaller single book collections. My Daughter churns through these. She's a big fan of Manga just like me.

great series get the book not the Kindle Version
I love the series and omnibus is great.the only issue I have is solely with the Kindle version all other manga I have I can turn my tablet and view double pages, for some reason I can't do this with these Omnibuses, I find it really frustrating sense there are some two page frames and artwork I can't truly enjoy

.
I am very much impressed with the Dark Horse reprints of CCS. The art looks just as wonderful as I remember it and there are colored pages!! That is something I've never seen before and I absolutely love! I bought these as a gift for my little sister after she read my old Tokyo Pop volumes and she was so excited. She loves the colored pages and the bigger size.
