Review: It helped our young Doxie with her anal gland issue - This seems to be doing the trick. Our young doxie started having that smell to her and would suddenly chase after her butt. I know that vets and groomers always suggest emptying the anals, but I've always wondered if that's such a good idea..I did a little research on it and found that it really is not the best thing to do, as it weakens the walls of the anal gland and eventually, a dog can end up with leakage problems. I also read that it is very uncomfortable for a dog to have them squeezed (which makes sense).. I read that the best option is a proper diet, one that helps keep the anal glands healthy with nutrition.. We feed our dogs organic dog food made from human grade ingredients, but obviously, she was in need of something more. We started added a teaspoon of this to her canned dog food for breakfast and no more problems. We also have a senior doxie (who wasn't having problems) but we also give it to him. At first I was mixing it into their food really well, thinking they would not eat it otherwise. One morning I decided to just sprinkle it on the top to see what they would do. They gulped it down, no problem, so that's how they get it each morning now. It must taste good! But most importantly, it appears that it has straightened out our youngest anal gland problems. So much better for her! Review: It works and apparently tastes good - My poor pup has had digestive issues since we got her over a year ago. Our vet put her on a fiber supplement and, while it helped, it didn't solve the problem - soft, messy stool a few times a day. I tried adding pumpkin to see if that helped because I was concerned the fiber supplement was a little harsh on her system, but she didn't care for the taste. I was resigned to this being a continuous issue. I saw this product and decided to try it since she loves peanut butter. A winner all the way around - she loves the taste (and our second puppy started trying to steal her food so she gets a little sprinkle too) and it's really improved her stool. I couldn't believe it. It may not be 100% but I'll take the 95%.

Both dogs had negative reactions
Long story short: This caused both of my dogs to have bright red bloody stool and liquid stool. I tried this as an alternative to "No Scoot" which gets a bit spendy when I give both dogs a total of 12 chews a day, based on weight. I started using this with my male dog, who has anal gland issues. His nickname is stinky booty. We typically go to have his anal glands expressed every 4-5 weeks (on No Scoot). I didnt notice anything different initially. Then I noticed that he had bright red bloody and liquid stools. Observed, took him to the vet. They ran all sorts of tests, stool samples, etc. Couldnt figure it out. I stopped giving him this as I figured we found another thing he is allergic to. So I started to feed it to my female. And then she too have bright red bloody and loose stools. So I threw this stuff in the garbage. Were back to No Scoot and dog booties that arnt bloody liquid stool fountains.

Happy with my Purchase
This has really helped my dog. My dogs not excited about the taste but doesn’t stop her from eating her food. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with its own measuring scooper in the bag. Over all happy with the product and no adverse reactions to it.

*updated review*
Although I was initially very unhappy with this product, I must realize that all dogs are different. While it did not work out for my dog, I'm sure it works for others. I would definitely recommend trying this product, if it works, great, if not contact the company they truly stand behind the product and in my case I received an immediate apology followed by a fast refund. Great customer service. *Original Review* I Bought the item to bulk up and firm my dogs poop. This item does the exact opposite. It actually causes the dog to go more than she otherwise would, and loose to the point of diarrhea. I actually started with half the recommended dose to get her use to the product, thank goodness, or what a mess I would have had. This is the last day I will use it, I did give it 5 doses to see if there would be any change and to give it a fair chance. Not sure how there could be so many good reviews of this product.

Great product for my German Shepherd.
I have a 100 lb GSD with a very sensitive stomach who gets loose stools for the slightest reasons. I add this powder to his food, mix it well (it coats the pieces just fine) and he rarely has issues now. He obviously likes the flavor, as he's not shy about refusing to eat things he doesn't like. Each bag lasts about a month. So far, I've purchased this product 14 times, so I obviously think it's great.

Great product
We have been using Good Karma Naturals for over a year (probably longer). This is an essential part of our dog's meal. I only use about 1/4 of a teaspoon 2x a day, but use more during stressful times (travel, vet visits, separation anxiety issues). It really works well and I love that it is all natural. The dogs love it too so that's a huge plus. Thanks Good Karma - keep up the good work :)

WOW!! This immediately works! Definitely worth the extra money.
I did not want to buy this product. It was too expensive considering Amazon sells Products for$10 less. I bought it by mistake and I am extremely happy that I did. I have a 10 year old black lab who's been loose for the last year. I have given her several different pumpkin products without a great deal of success. The first time I used this her stools were noticeably firmer and has improving with every application. I am sincerely impressed with the efficacy of this product. It really works.
