Initially when purchasing this i was impressed with how easy it was to get working however its too quiet when in the ear even when the radio is on max volume. Its uncomfortable for prolonged use because the plastic gets extremely hard after moulding. Very expensive for what it is and it changes shape slightly after every shift. When i get back into the office and im not actively out at a job i have to take it out due to the pure discomfort of it. Genuinely hurts wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

Working in security for 9 plus years and be through multiple headsets and various different ear tips, this is by far a standout.Working 12 hour shifts in a variety of quiet and loud environments it’s been great, better sound quality that your standard silicone mushroom shape tip.Only consideration where the headset tip fits in to the mould it is quite small. I’m not sure if it would fit a large tip.

It's a really good concept but it's so uncomfortable in the ear you can't have it in for longer than 30min at a time as it's so hard once formed. 100% regret buying.
