Very good pills easy to swallow

Not much to tell about a product like this. Seems to be good quality. It's supposedly been purified to remove mercury, which is a good thing. Has a very slight smell, so if you're sensitive to fish odor it might bother you, maybe not. You will burp up a fishy taste if you take it on an empty stomach. I've been taking one in the morning and one in the evening for several years. Does it improve your health in any way? Hard to say - there have been no definitive studies that I've found showing that fish oil alone is beneficial, as opposed to eating fish. However, there is a lot of data which points that way, and certainly it cannot hurt you. And yes, I do feel great most of the time, although I could just be blessed with good health.

These do not give me any stomach gas. Pills are rather large but I can swallow them easily.

Two things. They are easy to swallow. They don't break easy. I've taken fish oil before and stopped because they were so hard to take and yes I've had some break before I had a chance to swallow. I haven't had any problem with these even the few times I've had to take them without water. I'm good about taking my vitamins with food and water but sometime my timing is a little off. So yeah... you do what you have to do. Added bonus. No upset tummy and no burping fish I didn't eat all day.

Bottle measures 6.5" by 3.5", so if you have a small medicine cabinet, make sure you have space.The pill size is normal for fish oil, they go down easily. If kept in warm climate, the pills tend to stick to each other. To avoid this you should store the bottle within a cool temperature.The EPA amount is 360mg and the DHA amount is 240mg. It's super potent, more readily absorbed, but also super pricey.My two cents is, you should probably stick with this if you're already eating healthily. You're Omega-3 levels are probably in a good ratio between your Omega-6's. Krill oil might be overkill and won't provide you the health benefits a balanced diet will.

I use this because I read a book by a doctor where he recommended this product for good eye health. I sure hope it is working.
