Works well
Great for when you have a parasitic drain on the battery. Flipping this will preserve it while not driving for a long period of time. It does however get more stiff over time.

It does as expected.
Quite pleased with this blade switch. I had to modify it slightly to fit in my application. This switch is only really suited to batteries with raised terminals, as apposed to flush terminals. A battery with raised terminals is flat across the top except for the two terminals sticking up. In this case the blade switch will fit fine. However, it is much more common nowadays, mostly for safety reasons, batteries are manufactured with flush terminals ie. the terminals are not sticking up above the top of the battery. The trouble with the blade switch is it will not fit any battery with flush terminals - basically most batteries made today! I modified the switch to make one terminal connection lower so that it could reach and clamp onto the flush battery terminal whilst still sitting on top of the battery. Really, it should already be this way as the majority of batteries will not attach to the switch without modification.Anyway, it is fitted as an isolator on my 4.2ltr Audi and works perfectly, preventing the battery going flat during extended periods of non use.

Not as described, item failed on 1st use
Item burnt out on 1st use, check current and at 24v current on startup is less than the 600Amp rating - Can't return on Amazon, left with a useless broken item

decent product, but not solid brass and copper
Seems a solid enough product and very easy to install. So far so good, our 24V horsebox. Will see how long it lasts.

This is a battery isolator which is very easy to install, easy to use and very effective on what it is does.So yes, this is a good buy.

Worked as designed
This is an easy setup and works easily to disconnect battery. Something in my RV was pulling from the battery and I installed this shut off switch to prevent a dead battery. Has worked great so far. I did have to get a longer bolt to make work.

Very simple to install----WORKS GREAT
Have a auto that keeps draining the battery. Can't find out what is draining battery so put this in. Has solved my problem with having to jump car all the time. No more. Just flip lever and it fires right up. THANKS A BUNCH!!!!
