Love - Love - Love these cups. My wife and I use them each and every morning for our coffee. I love the double wall insulation to keep the coffee warm much longer (and hey, when you are doing Wordle in the morning, some days take longer than others to get the right answer). I know a lot of people will say....they look thin and worry about breakage...but let me assure you, these things are built like a tank. I have hit my cup on our granite counters numerous times and guess what....yup, they haven't broken yet. I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality....and can't say enough about it. Oh yes....the size of these things are perfect as well, each holding roughly a cup of coffee or whatever liquid you decide to pour in. I started with Love - Love - Love and will end this review with that same sentiment.

These glass mugs are thick, durable, and hold a generous amount of coffee. I love that they stay cool to the touch on the outside while keeping my drink hot. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and the clear glass makes them look really nice on the counter or table. A great alternative to standard ceramic mugs — both practical and stylish. No leaks yet!

I love these JoyJolt thermal glass mugs and so do all of my guests. I have numerous fun ceramic mugs in my cupboard but I always turn to these because of the great thermal quality, the size and how beautiful lattes and other coffee and tea drinks look in them.

I like this cup. It’s light weight, yet it keeps my coffee from getting cold if I have to walk away from it. Handle takes a while to get used to. Could be more rectangular so it would be easier to hold. One of the pair of cups broke in shipping, but I still like to use the other one.

These are so light weight, I thought they were plastic but then I dropped one, and they are definitely glass.My husband LOVES them as they keep his coffee hot but the handle remains cool. This is my 2nd set I have ordered for him and as other coffee mugs break, I will replace them with these. Awesome product and at a terrific price.

I've been using a ceramic coffee cup for some time. While it's large, it's heavy as heck and since I've moved to single-cup pour-over brewing it's a pain to monitor the level of coffee in the mug.These glass mugs, while not huge, are a good single cup size. The wide handle makes the lightweight glass easy to hold, even when full. Simple to see the level of coffee, no more overflow issues! Hooray.They do feel a touch fragile, but that might be as compared to the lump of stone mug I had that you could use to drive nails. So far, hand washes easily and minor bumps against thigs have zero effect.If these break I'll buy therm again. Says it all.

It’s our second pair, very nice product, keeps coffee hot for a while. Very careful while cleaning, it doesn’t slip from your hands otherwise they are very fragile. Place a rubber mat on your sink and clean it alone !

UPDATEI modified my original rating of 2 stars and bumped it up to 3 stars. See details below from my original review why I was frustrated. The seller reached out to me and sent me a free replacement set of cups. Unfortunately 1 of the cups had a chip in it and is unusable. I put the other cup in the dishwasher though and was very pleased that it did not fill up with water between the glass panes. The truth is these cups are great if they can get to you in one piece and you don't experience the water issue. For the cups that I received that were not chipped and did not fill with water between the panes, I would actually give them a 5 star rating. The look great, are pleasant to drink out of and are more durable than they look/feel.********ORIGNIAL REVIEWI wanted to love these cups. I just bought a fancy new espresso machine, so I liked the idea of being able to see the layers of coffee and froth. The cups looked great. As others have noted, they feel a little fragile, but i have banged them on accident and they didn't break, so maybe that is just in my head.The serious PROBLEM with these glasses are the fact that they have a tiny little hole on the bottom (like a pinhole size). My understanding is that is intentional to allow pressure to be released or something... whatever the case, it's a huge pain. I threw the cups in the dishwasher and when i took them out, one of them had a ton of soapy water stuck between the glass (it filled up about 1/4 of the glass)! If i shake the cup, tiny little drops will come out the pinhole, but 2 days later it still has a ton of soapy water inside.I have 2 cups and this issue only happened to one of them. I'm very disappointed. I threw away all of the boxes and packaging after opening he cups because they looked great and I thought for sure I would keep them. I had no idea I would have these issues after washing. Now I'm unable to return for a refund and I'm stuck with a bad cup.I would not recommend these cups to anybody.
