First of all, I am a 70 year old man, and I was quite disappointed not to find high waist sauna shorts listedfor men, so I purchased these and am very pleased with the quality and fit. I selected the large based onthe sizing chart and my measurements. They are well made and fit a bit snug, even though menseem to lose definition in the gluteus maximus area as we get older, these still give plenty of compression.Unlike some other reviews, there was no noticeable smell upon opening the package. My only issue withthese is the waistband could be a little beefier so as not to roll down, but I have ordered a waist belt tohopefully solve this problem. I use them when I exercise, and along with an application of Hot Cream, Idefinitely sweat like I’m back in Panama. After 3 miles on my treadmill, I can feel the sweat poolingbeneath the fabric, and after another 6 miles on my stationary bike, I am almost sliding out of them.I wanted the high waist shorts to work on a bit of spare tire or whatever you want to call it. Not a lot, I just don’t want or need it, and these shorts should do the trick. I already ordered another pair because like other things, they may not be available at the $14.99 price for very long.

I bought this to tone up my stomach. I've gained 20 lbs since the start of menopause (mostly in thighs, butt and belly), so I'm using this in hopes to trim back down. I bought a small. I'm 5'4 1/2 and weight 150 lbs. It has 3 sets of latches to tighten it and I have it on the tightest setting, with no problems. I have an extremely sensitive stomach (due to bowel problems and acid reflux), so anything tight on my stomach, usually bothers me. I've been wearing this for 10 hours today and I'm doing fine. I originally tried just a stomach wrap from a different seller and it made my stomach sick every time i tried it. So I was glad this doesn't do that. BUT, it takes a minute to undo all the latches. So, if you have any type of incontinence, I would use a feminine product also. Hope this helps someone. I'll try to update after a few weeks or month, if it'll let me. Best of luck.

Love these shorts wasn’t sure about them at first all the hooks and eyes wish the sizing guide was a little bit better. I probably could’ve ordered a size smaller but I’m glad I didn’t. I know I should’ve ordered a set of two just to give them enough time to dry, I would definitely recommend these

I really like these shorts and I would purchase more of them. I measured 28 inches, so I got A medium. There high waisted but they fit good. I adjust them to the first row. They are very soft, stretchy and comfortable. I have wore them around the house and when working out. And I have sweat more than I ever have. Especially when doing things like working out or housework. When taking them off, it feels about like A wet suit. They are very contouring and shapely too. They are A great value and I would recommend them to anyone.

These shorts were the most god awful stinkiest thing in this world. I opened the package and the fishy odor filled my office. My husband was down the hall and come in to say “what the hell is that smell!?! It smells like a 2 dollar hooker on a busy night. I will be returning ASAP.

The inside was so thin i didn't trust myself to even try them on without ripping. They looked better designed than the ones i have run across at tjmaxx but too thin for me, im way to prone to breaking things lol

If you're looking to sweat, these are legit.The pros and cons may vary per user. I usually run for about 30-40 minutes. When I wear these shorts, I can't last more than 20-25 because I get so hot! When I take them off, they are dripping. I literally have multiple beads of sweat dripping from my legs and belly.I really like these. I even put them on one day while I was just doing housework, and alas, I sweat like it was no ones business.
