In way I'm glad I lost my lense hood for my canon xa10
It fit perfectly on my canon xa10 and the extra ruber hood I loved it + the lense protective glass was a bonus.I'll recomended 100 %

The soft hood fits ok,the rigid hood doesn’t fit at all.Quite disappointing.

Poor quality and also used the filter thread on your lense to attach so using filters is trouble and slow

Does not fit all 58mm lens
The description says that this will fit all 58mm canon lenses, this is not true, the tulip hood does not fit either of my two lenses. The rubber hood and UV filter do fit hence 2 stars.

Would not fit my lens!
You get what you pay for! I will next time buy a genuine Canon Lens hood! The thread on this third party lens hood was not a good fit and damaged the thread on my lens! Not a recommended purchase.
