Shark Rocket DeluxePro Ultra-Light Upright Corded Stick Vacuum, Bordeaux (Renewed)

This is the second Shark refurbished vacuum I’ve bought for myself and I’ve bought 4 for family members.This vacuum works exceptionally well and it came in excellent condition along with all the attachments - you’d never know it was refurbished. All the others I bought for family members came in perfect condition, too.It’s lightweight, fits under most all furniture and picks up everything!

Until I used this, I thought my rugs were clean. The old vacuum seemed to do its job fine. Everything LOOKED clean. Then that vacuum died... and I got this on a recommendation. Oh my goodness... the first time, this thing sucked a TON of crap out of my rugs. Stuff I couldn't see. Stuff I was breathing. Disgusting stuff. The first run, just doing the first floor of my place, mainly hard floors, some carpet, some rugs, I had to empty the bin six times. Full of dust, dirt, and hair I didn't know was there. The inside of the trash can looked like I threw away a dirty medium sized dog. Now, Upstairs and down, I empty the bin three times. Looks like a dusty used cat. This thing works great... it'll suck the teeth out of your head. The self-cleaning roller didn't self clean worth a hoot, though. Not a big deal, as I didn't really expect that particular feature to work. Everything else worked like a champ. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and purchase a few extra filters... that way you can clean a set, and use another set. also, get the Shark branded wall hanger... trust me.

I am really enjoying this vacuum. It has a nice long cord, good suction, is lightweight, easily modified (to a hand vac or to use the attachments), and is easy to both steer and get under furniture. I liked that there was a groove in the beater bar to put scissors into and slide across - easy to remove wound string and hair, etc. I was put out by the way it can’t stand on it’s own, but it’s easy enough to lay down if need be. And for storage, you remove the top/engine portion and hang it on the hook towards the bottom of the vacuum (shown in manual). There are two speeds for the belt-driven beater - one for thick carpet and one for bare floors or gentle carpet. The suction is the same for both speeds, but I like that the slower speed leaves the beater slowly turning as to not grow debris all over your hard floor!And I bought this refurbished - what a fantastic vacuum! My one valid complaint is that the dust canister fills so quickly! Lol. Maybe that will change after a few cleaning session with this new guy. :)

Amazing vacuum.Suction is one of the best I've ever used. Compared to Dyson I would save my money and buy this one any day. It's very easy to handle and steer underneath beds. Huge feature in my book.It's very light for a corded machine.Small waste container but as long as you are a clean person that vacuums regularly this shouldn't be an issue even for large areas of carpet. I have around 2k square foot of carpet and two dogs and a cat. I maybe have to empty it twice but for the most part I can get by with doing the whole house.The handle held setup is great super light and easy to handle. The power of this vacuum really shows when using this for wall edges and stairs.I love this vacuum and very happy with my purchase fort he money. The last shark product I had lasted ten years and only quit because a dog chewed the cord otherwise I would have had no reason to replace it. But I'm really happy I did the updated one is really fun to use.

I'm a vacuum SNOB! Seriously! I purchased my Dyson vacuum about 10 years ago and ever since have refused to use anything except the Dyson brand.Well, we were planning on a 2-week cross-country RV trip this summer and with 3 girls, we quickly realized that we wouldn't have the space to take our full size Dyson vacuum. I began shopping around for the Dyson mini version, but I just couldn't justify paying $300 for a little vacuum (only to use it for 2 weeks). That's when I read about the Shark Rocket Deluxe. Seriously I agonized over this purchase and went back and forth for weeks. Time was getting tight and so I purchased this vacuum.SHOCKED was my reaction after the first use -- No, really! This little vacuum is small but so strong and effective! I was so impressed with how well it worked in our RV that I brought it inside once we returned and have been using it INSTEAD OF our Dyson! This is an amazing little machine and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend it to anyone I know (or don't know) -- We love it... My hopes are it continues to be such a great little vacuum for years to come!

I didn't think I could ever be this excited to vacuum! My husband looks at me like I am crazy. He tried and had to admit it was pretty great too! I have one room with thick/plush carpet and the rest of the house is hardwood. I always had two separate vacuums and was leery that one vacuum could to both jobs as well as the two I had. I was shocked at what a great job it does on the carpet. It is AMAZING to be able to do both with one machine. I have never been able to get under the large sectional that we have (on the plush carpet). I cannot just move it out of the way. Granted I cannot reach all the way to the wall under it, but I can easily get halfway which is where the food and trash usually is anyway. It is SO easy to use the hand vac. Separates easily and makes cleaning up messes from my 5-year-old and 18-month-old.It came in the original Shark packaging and came with the three attachments shown in the picture. The swivel is great to reach around corners and the light is great for seeing hidden messes (especially under the couch). I could not wait to show my mom what a great purchase I made and then immediately recommended that she buy one for herself!!! If they were a little cheaper I would just buy them for people I know. I have been using it for a few weeks now (almost on a daily basis). Great product so far. I am one happy customer.
