The Silva Mind Method for Getting Help from the Other Side

I really enjoyed and have benefited from this book. I have known about the Silva method for a long time but never investigated it. So thankful that I did! I highly recommend this book.

I wish I knew the concepts presented in this book twenty five years ago, the outcomes of my life would be different. Moving forward I now operate with the confidence that when centered I have help from the other side.

This is probably the most amazing book I have ever read, wow! If you are serious about living life, then this is a must read that you should take serious and apply what you learn from it. I'm sure you are most likely applying it already, but this book will make what you're applying really come to life! It would help waken the life you already have and live the rest of it in peace, happiness, love, and power...

I found the book to have some good and helpful information, however, the exercises in the beginning were just too lengthy for me and they're supposed to be done on a daily basis before getting out of bed. I found that to be unrealistic due to the length of them, and often I'd just fall back asleep before I could finish. Otherwise, there was helpful information in the later chapters which was useful. I'm a devoted meditator, so I'm able to get into an alpha state easily and was able to utilize a lot of the information. It wasn't fantastic, but also not a waste.

This is an amazing reading. I strongly recomend it. It will improve your life and the life of those around you.

The methods laid out in the book work. I read the book; seriously studied its contents, did all the exercises. It is amazing. It is too personal to share all that I experienced with the help of this book, but I highly recommend it. I really would like to give it a five star rating except it needs better editing. Too many typos, and most likely one erroneous information because it just does not make sense no matter how I looked at it. Using the Silva method gives one an opening to another side of our life.

What a wonderful and mindblowing book. Has great information about self help from the Higher Intelligence, using alpha waves techniqe. One reading in not enough. Have to read it several times, before it really makes sense and then you start using it. Amazing tool. Thanks Jose Silva for this wonderful book and sharing secrets of making progress in life.

Good practical guide

It is life changing and eye opening. It creates so much positivity just by reading it. It's a must read for everyone.

This book is brilliant! Why I like it is because it gives clear direction on what to do next which are quick and easy to follow. If done consistently will improve my ability to drop into an alpha state at will to be better able to achieve results in all areas of my life by having a closer connection with the other side.

This book is full of useful exercises and overall the Silva method is excellent! The only downside to this book is there are several spelling errors and the page format could be done better. Overall great program!!

While on the surface this seems useful, a lot of the theory and practices are now superceded by mindfulness and other methods. I didn't read much past the start as a lot of the start seemed very anachronistic and the notion of 'the other side' just didn't resonate. Especially as left vs right brain has been challenged by latest scientific research. Use it for mindfulness, but I really don't believe you will contact the other side through these methods.

This book was incredible. The teaching of this method put into practice aims to correct any energy blockages in life, practice the art of healing and tap into the creative soup from the other side. Because of this book I have joined Mind Valley's "Silva Ultramind System" and have began my mind control journey.Furthermore, and the the reason for the 3 star rating, is that the editing in this version is very sub par. There are countless grammatical and spelling errors that make it difficult to concentrate in the moment on what is being taught.May want to re-edit this piece!
