I received these AFB Bonze Merv 6 filters in good condition. No damage to my box. I give the media of the filter 5 stars but I give the quality control 3 stars. The size 20x25x1 is exact and as advertised. I installed and used the 1st one with no issues. I installed and used the 2nd one but while changing it the filter started to fall apart at the seems. I noticed that there is very little glue on the cardboard. Upon further inspection I noticed the media was glued to the cardboard where the seems are suppose to be glued. I have the stored on a dry shelf inside my house where the temperature is the same. They are also layed flat on the shelf. I pulled filter #3 and noticed some of the seems could be coming apart. I put tape on it to hold it together and installed it. I will keep a watchful eye on it. I like the fact that these are made in USA but what good is it if the quality control is poor I change the filter every 10 days because I have dogs and I live in a very dusty area. The filter does work.Update. Contacted the seller asked for better quality control and nothing else. Seller apologized and made it right. I plan to place another order. This is a quality filter when it is made properly.7/2016 placed a few more orders. Filters coming in without damage. Still a great filter.

I am delighted with the Pleated AC filters. Not only have I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of our indoor air, soon after installing the filters our AC company performed a semi-annual cleaning. They said they were amazed by the improvement as noted by the reduced drain on the system and the improved indoor air quality. They also reported that as a result of the superior filters, we might notice a reduction in the frequency of having to change the filters. These filters are superior in so many ways. Thank you!

I had to have a complete new A/C system installed in my house. The guy that installed it tookout my old unit and saw that I had been using the cheapest air filter. He showed me the insideof my coil unit and it was really, really dirty!!!! He told me to get these filters and toput in a new filter every month. I bought 12 of these filters and each time we take out theold one we can see all the dirt that it has stopped from going into the new coils.WE are VERY happy with these filters and we WILL keep buying them.

Beware! Description says MERV 6. Filter received was a MERV 8.Higher MERV ratings are bad for older AC systems and will cause you to have to replace your older system faster.

This awesome filter is made in the U.S.A. and is great filter at getting pollen, fine particles, dust, etc without stopping up your cooling or freezing up your system. Recommend highly for allergy sufferers! Merv 6 is all that is needed without problems.

Sent the wrong size but I made it fit, the filter does a great job just as good as the more expensive ones.

cheaply made. not as many pleats as other brands the same size. filter is flimsy and easily damaged just by installing it in my hvac. wouldn't buy this brand again.

My furnace uses an odd sized filter (14x20) which is not often stocked in the big box stores. And since my furnace uses 2 of these filters, paying for overpriced filtrete filters is too much to bear. These filters appear to be just as good, are sturdy, and are less expensive.

It was the right size and suited my furnace. You can’t get this size filter in the stores and they worked out a lot cheaper than buying them from companies you service furnaces
