Why did I wait?
Why ever did I wait? This thing has been a back saver. Literally. I have several patio pots that are crazy heavy and awkward to move. I usually overwinter 4-5 of them in my garage because they hold tropical plants that wouldn’t survive otherwise. This cart has allowed me to move the pots back and forth as over night lows required for my tropical plants. And to slowly move them out of the shade into sun to prevent burned leaves. I’ve used it at least 10 times since purchasing just a few weeks ago. Still working fine and should last a long time. I travel over grass from patio to garage. Quick and easy. Should have bought this years ago. Most of my pots are 2-5 gallon frost resistant pots. One is 30” tall. I’m able to clamp in the drip tray with the pot to move them. I was nervous spending so much with mixed reviews, but am I ever glad I did.

Easy to assemble; use a mallet, and then use a small pocket knife to enlarge the hole for the screw.
This is an excellent device for moving heavy potted plants. As a 60-something woman, I can set the heavy plants on the dolly and now move them easily between my new apt and my vehicle. The dolly itself is lightweight enough to lift into my SUV and strong to move a 7 foot tall plant in a medium sized ceramic pot. So much easier than carrying plants by hand! And many movers don’t want to handle potted plants.

Heavier than I thought! Well made, a little tippy but works well. I moved 10 oak barrels I couldn't get he[p with all by myself. I tried several times to move them in the last six months with out any success! They are cumbersome & approx 75 to 85 pounds each! Thank you!

had it for a year, now its trash
First off let me say that this thing works GREAT. What a good idea with the small tongue and the sliding clamp for the pot edge. But take my advice keep your pot weight down to 50 lbs or lower. We have some pretty big pots, my wife is a wizard at plumeria and hibiscus. Some pots are 12-14" in diameter and some are 2.5" tall. The dolly worked one season before one of the metal wheel axles broke out of the plastic axle. I was able to drill out the plastic axle and install thru bolts and nuts to hold the sandwich axle together on the wheel axle. This worked for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, on the last potential freeze of the season the other side of the axle snapped next to the tilt handle socket. There was no repairing it this time. Its trash, it went from a 5 star excellent product to a 1 star piece of trash in about a year. If you have light weight pots it will probably give you good service. To replace it we found a $40 steel tube hand truck at the local Har**** F*****. So we will see how long it lasts. Its already a better solution because the handle is taller making the movement of our large pots MUCH easier. The curved back allows the pots to nestle in between the brace bars keeping them stable of rough transitions.

Not made for large top heavy plants. The height adjustment mechanism will also slide upwards on the dolly and roll side to side, so plant will roll side to side and fall off the dolly. It is good for moving medium size plants with good center of gravity, but not really large or smaller plants. The height adjusting mechanism will not slide downward so it seems they got the design backwards. It could have been made with a rail and locking teeth on the rail which would have made it much more stable, but would probably have cost more. Kind of pricey for what you get, but Amazon was the cheapest.

may need additional assembly work
putting this together was a breeze and straight forward. the concern I had was the adjusting handle. once on the shaft, the adjusting handle turned quite freely up, down and around. it was simply quite movable and nothing to hold it still. taking a chance, I took the handle apart and discovered, it had not been completely assembled. after a few minutes of looking, I noticed a part loose in the container. re-assembling it like I thought it might should be took as long as it took to put the dolly together. it works now, but I was very close to sending it back as unworkable. the point here is that it was not ready to be sent to a customer. it probably was as hard for the installer to put together as it was for me. now, when the weather warms and it is time to work outside, I look forward to trying it on a real flower pot.

Life Saver...
I have tropical plants and trees in huge heavy planters all around my backyard. Which is great about 10 months out of the year, the other 2 months...not so great. One frost and all my beautiful plants are goners! When it starts to get cold I have to move all the plants into the shed to protect them. Then when the weather warms up I move them out again. It is such a dreaded back breaking task...that is until I bought this handy mover! Now it’s quick and easy. Some of my planters are so heavy and awkward that it would take 2 people to move them. Every year without fail I’d always end up with a couple plants in the wrong spot only because it was such a hassle to go back and move them. With this mover I can move the heaviest planters by myself with ease. Get one in the wrong spot, no problem...I just get the mover and move it! If you have to move planters, do your back a favor and buy this. I promise you, you will not regret it!

WOW! This is worth every penny
Moving my outdoor potted plants inside each year is usually a two person, back-breaking, tedious job. But this year was a breeze. This dolly works as described. I even moved a huge potted meyer lemon that is 6 feet tall and in a 24" diameter pot by myself. Through mulch, up 4 stairs, over the door threshhold and through 3 interior hallways and doorways with tight turns. This is worth every penny
