This sea salt is delicious! It adds so much umami to the food I put it on. Love it.

Soooooo tasty! Unlike any other sea salt.
I love this salt. I scrub my Okinawan purple sweet potatoes, then coat them in oil and sprinkle the salt all over the skin before baking it for an hour and a half and 400° Fahrenheit. The result is a super tasty treat. I eat the potato skin and all! The skin bakes with just the slightest crisp and as a slight saltiness to contrast the sweetness of the purple sweet potato and it is heaven! I don't even add anything else to it and just eat it straight out of my hand!

Sweet flavor
I love this real sea salt - it has sweet flavor with minerals. You can't get this from sales produced in a huge processing factory. I'll get this next time, again

Good but pricey
Good salt but very expensive hopefully it does what I’m need it to do. I have used Himalayan and other all natural sea salts for many years and I don’t see a big difference. If anything changes I will update.
