Flavor That Transforms Any Steak!
A.1. really nailed it with this New York Steakhouse marinade! I’ve used it on ribeyes, sirloins, and even pork chops, and it never disappoints. The flavor is bold, savory, and perfectly balanced, not too salty or overpowering. It tenderizes the meat beautifully and adds that steakhouse quality taste right at home. I especially appreciate the convenience of the 16 oz bottle, and buying it in a pack ensures I never run out before the next BBQ. Whether you’re grilling, baking, or broiling, this marinade takes your meat to the next level. If you love A.1. and bold steakhouse flavor, this is a must-have in your kitchen!

Spice Season Marinade
Many excellent ways to use A1 marinades. My preferred way; A1 Marinade, McCormick Montreal Seasoning, Jack Daniels Bourbon, in a Ziploc bag. Always use good meats! These are from Safeway grocery. The critics frown on over seasoned meat. The trick is, most of the seasoning will burn off on the grill. Next trick is, alway keep the upside of steak, wet with marinade. The first upside, from the marinade bag. The second upside, from the bottle. Third trick is more of a technique, the fuel. I swear by charcoal and wood mixture. Mesquite is my main fuel. Any wood or charcoal added, adds more flavor. Which brings me to my final trick! Never use lighter fluid! It will negatively flavor the food! Chimney starters, and balled up newspaper only! Some more technique? Grill lines? Charring? Ribboning? All good stuff! Grill lines - very hot grates. Charring - fire touching meat. Ribboning - that perfect pink or red strip in the center - perfect timing, amount of time searing on both sides. All made possible by A1 Marinade!

Excellent marinade
Seriously the best tasting marinade I've ever used. I use them on steaks and they are SO FLIPPING GOOD! This doesn't exactly taste like the normal A1 steak sauce that most people are familiar with, I would say it's a slightly sweeter flavor. And maybe less tangy (that's the best word I can think of to describe it). But I totally love it more than normal A1 sauce. Found it first at Walmart about a year ago and I've been checking back for it ever since but it's never there! This is the only way I know to find it, and thank goodness it comes in a pack of 6. I Gave 4 of them away to family so hopefully they'll fall in love with this just like I have and want to buy their own bottles in support of this product.

Makes for a savory katsu (chicken and pork) sauce!
Good flavor with a nice kick from the A1 sauce. This makes for an alternative katsu (chicken and pork) sauce, since my quick and dirty sauce is A1 + ketchup. Great value for the money since I got to pick these up from Amazon Resale; regular A1 sauce bought locally is not cheap! I will be enjoying this just to slap on my steaks for the next few months!

Mouthwatering marinade
This is by far the best marinade I've ever used. In fact, I haven't used anything else since trying it. Even my wife, who isn't a big steak eater, said the last few steaks I've made were the best she'd ever had off of a backyard grill. No other seasoning (including regular A1) or salt is required for a mouthwatering steak, nor must you buy the finest cuts. You don't even have to marinade your meats for long; only a half hour. Of course letting it marinade longer only adds to the flavor. I joined Amazon's subscription service, receiving another six bottles every six months knowing I couldn't go wrong and to save another few dollars. This stuff goes for $4+ in my local stores and they don't always have it in stock. I've tried A1's Chicago and it isn't bad either, but the New York is my go to.

I don't follow the instructions, just marinate it for like 15 to 30 minutes and wipe off excess
This stuff makes amazing juicy steak but if you let it marinate as long as the package says, it flat out won't taste good at all. I like to cut my steaks thinner or make a long slit and splay it open to get the marinade up in there and let it sit for about 15 minutes maybe 30 then grill it and while the marinade is still wet, just before it becomes part of the meat, wipe off the marinade then let it finish cooking. If I'm being lazy then I just marinate it for about 30 minutes and then wipe off most of the excess marinade and then put it on the grill. Great if you under marinate it, horrible nasty crap if you don't. And don't buy the Chicago or other flavors. New York is the only one that tastes good.
