Great brench!!!!
Great bench! Very sturdy and perfect for home workouts. Easy to adjust for incline, decline, and flat positions. The extra features like the leg and arm support are a big plus. Folds easily to save space. Totally worth it!

Excellent choice
Great weight bench. Good quality. Back does incline, decline and flat. Leg lift works great. Nice adjustability. Bands that come with it are a great strength. Both my wife and I use it. Highly recommend

Decent for the price.
For reference I'm 6 ft tall, 220 lb. and I've had this bench for a little over a week. Here are my thoughts..For doing flat bench work it is fine. Decline presses are a little awkward since the smaller pad can't be adjusted so it hyperextends your back a little. I'm planning to get another bench with a full 30 degree decline at some point just for presses so it's a little more comfortable.I can do weighted back extensions on this with no issues by locking into the rollers and leaning over the preacher pad.Hamstring curls are a little difficult due to my size but I can get them done. There are a couple things I did to modify the bench (see pics). Firstly I have all 2in hole plates so I bought one 5lb 1in hole plate and load that one first so my other plates rest against it. I cut some square cardboard and duct taped it to create a wedge to stick between the bar and the 2in plates so they don't shift while working. I also ordered 4in roller pads to replace the 2in ones this comes with. The original ones were pretty unconformable for me. I also wrap some softer towels around the bottom rollers so they weren't grinding on my shins so much. I can get four 10lb Cap plates to just fit on the bottom bar along with the smaller 5lb backing plate.I can do sit-ups easily on the bench. Plenty of room for that. The red 'handles' on the top roller bar have come in handy for doing donkey calf lifts on a smith machine. I set a step under the bar, and can lean over and use the handles to stabilize myself during the exercise.I think there is enough room for preacher/concentration curls. I have to angle myself a little bit can get them done. The elastic bands this came with are a little on the cheap side cheap but they work. I haven't done much with them since I have a cable station but if you needed to you could use them.. Possibly an upgrade to some heavier resistance tubes would be a good idea. The instructions have a few pages of pics for different exercises you can do using the elastic bands.Overall it's a decent bench and I think it's well made. If you're taller and buying this specifically for hamstring curls it's a tight fit and your range of motion will be limited. Still great for the price though. With some mods and some heavier resistance tubes you could probably turn this into a nice little home gym.Good luck on your fitness journey!!

Everything You Need In One
This is perfect. I got lucky because I have a BowFlex Kettlebell and the plates fit right on. That'll do until I can get separate plates. Very easy to assemble, adjustable, worth the money for what I needed, sturdy and won't be a pain to fold and store. Very satisfied.

Ok for the price but definitely some flaws
Arrived quickly, setup was easy and took like 10-15 mins. The bench is a little light, which is good for storing but bad for stability. The main pin to incline and decline seems ok but I still dont fully trust it yet. You have to be really careful if you put your chest on the inclined bench to do back, feels really unstable and the bench moves. The leg extension part is basically useless, unless you have really short legs and don’t mind bashing your toes with weight plates on every rep. You can try to do preacher curls, but the pad is so small and doesn’t really angle right for anyone around my height (6 ft). I mainly needed a bench for chest, but I will absolutely be upgrading to something else soon.

Best workout!
Didn't have high expectations on this weight bench but it has surpassed all my fear. I love it! Easy to put together. Best feature is that I can fold it up when I am not using it.

Small, but a great beginner bench
The product itself is great for the price, especially. Perfect for my preteen that wants to work out but is too small for my 6’3 husband. The instructions are not great but it’s not hard to figure out how to get it together. The weights on the feet are kind of close to actually use that part comfortably. But overall, for under $200 and for a preteen beginner bench I give it 5 stars
