Though this product is primarily advertised for women, I am an older man who has gotten back into martial arts. The Tobi stretcher is great for helping me reach my flexibility potential. I'll probably never be as flexible as a younger person but this item will help get as flexible as possible. Plus it is easy to use and intuitive to use. No head scratching required.

Light and easy to use anywhere there's an extra door. This was one of the cheapest versions I found on Amazon and the stretcher is pretty durable. The elastic band is a bit thinner than I expected, but I considered it a freebie since most other stretchers didn't come with one and cost more.
