They really work. You can feel the difference in support immediately. They last a long time. In other words the insoles don’t get compressed, but continue to give support. I would disagree with the advertisement that they “Immediately Relieve pain. “ Anyone with plantar fasciitis knows it takes time to heal.

My feet were really hurting. I searched a bunch and decided these looked good. So glad I got them. They really provide good support and they are comfortable. My feet do not hurt as much now. So fortunate to have found these.
