It’s Ok
I was hoping for a bit larger spray area, but I can live with what it gives me. Best part for this is it’s brass and will probably last forever. I would say no adjustment is needed as its spray might go out 5’. All in all, couldn’t beat the price and now I won’t run over the heads with my lawn mower.

Squirrel proof.
I purchased these to defeat the squirrels that were chewing the plastic sprinkler heads. These 90° brass sprinkler heads definitely do that job very well, and put out a sufficient amount of water at a good pressure.

Lowes stopped carrying them
I had to buy this amazing sprinkler head one amazon. Its made of METAL. Solid GOLD. Its amazing. The way its sprays water is nothing short of spectacular. It only sprays 25% because 100% would be illegal. I strongly recommend this. The sprinkler head also looks good mounted in the house prominently displayed above the fireplace next your art. Its so stunning it belongs in the Louvre next to the Mona Lisa but then no one would look at that amazing picture as their attention would be focused on this spectacular sprinkler head. .

Good but there's a slight problem...
As I've seen in other reviews, the stem does not always fall back into place. This has only been a problem for me because one of the sprinkler heads I purchased is installed near a school bus stop and school kids have been playing with it, damaging the o-ring on the stem. Another is installed near the front door and the "floppy" stem (i.e., the stem that does not go back into place after use) looks like it's broken; even though it is actually not broken. Visitors have even asked if it's broken, so I guess some might consider this to be unsightly? Oh, well. It was cheap enough.

Perfect in California
We looked everywhere for replacements for out brass pop-ups. As it turned out, we needed the quarter spray in 2 spots, and these filled the bill and work perfectly.
