Great at First, But Disappointing Over Time
The power bank performed great initially, but after 12 months, it has started to lose its charge rapidly. Now, when I plug in my device, the charge level drops quickly. I'm really disappointed with its long-term performance.

I've had this fantastic power bank for about ten months, and I frequently use it. This power bank is well made and performs well in accordance with the specifications. The battery integration system with the digital output does not display the true battery level, which is the only technical issue I have. And after using the item for ten months, which caused the unit to slightly bulge from the extended use, I was able to successfully return it within the guarantee period. intended to buy the same item once more.The Amazone team provided me with excellent customer service support, and I sincerely appreciate everything they have done thus far.
