Dry, crumbly, grainy and hard with an "off" taste like when leftovers start to go bad. Save your $20 and look elsewhere, I'm shocked by so many high reviews especially after I gave them a second chance and ordered a second flavor to see if maybe I just didn't like the "Street Taco" flavor but nope it was still beyond awful. I hate throwing out such expensive snacks but it was seriously inedible.

Amazing jerky! I tried 6 different brands on here, mostly organic and/or natural. This brand hits the flavors just right, texture just right and if you buy 3/2.5oz packages it comes to about $2.40 an ounce which isn’t bad for natural jerky that’s perfect! I love the lime and Serrano pepper first and the Salsa Fresca second! Two unique flavors and not overwhelming by any means. Thanks for making this awesome product!

My family loves this product; it is their go to anytime. As a Mom and a Mimi (grandmother) I want to promote healthy eating. This jerky is incredible, not only does it taste fantastic; there is no sugar, low sodium and when they say bold flavor they mean BOLD. We buy multiple (3) packs monthly using subscribe and save. It's also packed for easy on the go too. It's totally worth a try cracklin pepper is our favorite; however, you can order a sampler pack. Perfect! I just wish they sold a larger pack - we are a large family.

The flavor is good. A little sweet, but with a hint of heat underneath. I would normally like something with more meat flavor than seasoning, but this is good for variety. I don't know when jerky became so small and in cut up pieces though. When i think of jerky, I think of something you can tear a strip off of a piece and chew on for awhile. This is so tenderize it falls into little pieces as you pick it up. Good, if that's your preference. I'll try other flavors and see if I have the same issues with texture and style.

I love love love this Jerky. Be warned though-when they say spicy 🌶 they mean SPICY. The orange is my favorite!

I found this product somewhat bland in flavor. I bought the original. Compared to other brands. A bit dry, but not unbearable. Fir ne, there are better choices.

Baja beef jerky is so tender and delicious! My nephew sent me a selection of four flavors of Baja jerky. All were great, but the Lime and Serrano pepper is my favorite. I had to buy more it is so good!

Normally, this is delicious jerky. But the packages I received were stale and, as the photo shows, moldy.
