Hated that some paint seeped through. However made it look “rustic” instead of messy. You still need to be careful though

Great quality. Just deciding on which one to use , I purchased a stenciling brush don’t recommend you will be there all year doing that, I end up using a sponge which worked great, I like the variation in the color of paint. I have not tried a roller just wondering if it would bleed underneath.Picture is attached to show you how they look on the wall, I would recommend doing samples on yours also…before doing a whole wall

Even with adhesive there were some leaves on textured wall. Key was patience and low pain, rub it to the paper towel first and then pain everysingle time. Ended up looking fancy

They work great if you know how to use them. LIGHTLY load your brush, and dab the paint in. Do NOT get impatiend and throw paint in thick enough to where it creates a pool, then you'll end up with blown out lines and runs. Secondly, keep the back of stencil CLEAN, again.. if not you'll end up with blown out lines and runs. Take your time, use many light coats and it will turn out GREAT.

These stencils were clearly made by someone who has never stenciled anything before. While some of the patterns happen to line up naturally, most of them were not designed so that you can overlap a bit of the pattern to get it aligned when continuing the pattern. Instead it seems like the intent was that the user should stencil all the way to each end of the stencil and then try to line up the stencil perfectly to continue the pattern without overlapping the pattern - really dumb. And almost impossible, especially because the pattern isn’t cut precisely enough for the pattern to repeat itself accurately…oh and also because the margins on the stencils are TINY, which means it you’d have to use the smallest stencil brush available to avoid getting paint outside the stencil. I’m so glad I tried these stencils on an old piece of cardboard before ruining my wall. These are going in the trash, and I’ll spend a little more for a decent product instead.

I bought these for a laundry room project after I fell in love with an accent wall on Pinterest. Admittedly I am a stencil novice but I found these incredibly difficult to use. They are flimsy and did not adhere on the wall flat. I tried using both a paint pen, since the pattern was lined, as well as a stencil brush and neither produced a clean line result. When I used the brush, the paint bled up under the stencil. I will be painting over the one set I did and leaving it alone.

These stencils are amazing and a great value!!! Make sure to watch some YouTube videos before applying. You can see in my picture I only figured out how best to apply the paint like halfway down the door on the left, in the right column.A zero-knap foam (very small) roller worked best with like barely any paint on there and just roll roll roll many times.In between rows I washed/wiped off the stencil on both sides.Time consuming but looks great!!!

The media could not be loaded. Very practical and easy to use for inexperienced hands like mine. The stencil are thick and good quality.
