I haven’t use the product. The cAse came first before the tracki gps. I am writing a review for the satisfying and responsive the team have. By mistake i have purchased 2 of this and had to return 1. They are very responsive and procedure is very clear. I have checked the case and i could see its durable and of good quality.

This waterproof case and extended battery work great when it works. I am getting ready to order my third one now. The first one lasted longer than my second that I have only had for four months now. They stop holding a charge and only work when it is plugged in and that defeats the purpose. Good thing they are priced reasonable or I would have to move on.Update.. They contacted me regarding the issue and are helping to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service for sure!

The waterproof case looks great and the magnet is strong. Now I need to find the perfect place to attach it. The large battery is also good if you want to hind the tracker and not have to charge the original one as much. If you are not in the US make sure you get the right customer service number for your area. The customer service rep that called me after I had a problem and helped me to set up my tracker the way I wanted it to be was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell. It is what I think one of the best tracker for the price. Real time and accurate tracking for what you need.

Placez sur une voiture l'aimant tiens très bien l'autonomie n'a rien à voir avec celle d'origine. C'est très très bien.
