Please do not adjust it to the highest speed all at once to prevent the improper operation from hurting your nails. NAILGIRLS Electric Nail Drill has a knob that you can adjust the speed from 0 to 35,000 PRM, so you can safely work with natural nails. And following are the speeds that can be used for different nail jobs. 0-15,000 RPM: works on natural nails. 15,000-25,000 RPM: works on acrylic nails and natural nails. 25,000-35,000 RPM: works for more professional nail art work. How to turn it on without pedal? It’s not working without it :(

Have you flicked the switch to hand, mine works on hand without the foot pedal however needs the pedal to work on the foot setting. also have you turned the dial up as sometimes if its on too low a power it wont register. Hope this helps x

Does anyone think their forward and reverse switch is the wrong way round?

My wife uses it and she has informed me she does not have a problem with it.

Can this be used on natural nails?

Yes, I only use mine on natural nails.

Drill powerful and good for beginners however cuts out at randomly

Really good for beginners and removes biab easily! However i have used it twice and it is cutting out so will need to replace as it is faulty.I returned and re order another drill unfortunately the drill is short wired again lol

Stopped working

Was initially very happy with this product, foot pedal works great and I love a drill with a pedal. Press to start drill and release pedal to stop! Fab. I received this 22nd march and used it almost daily at work as a nail technician until I went on holiday 18th April. I returned on 25th April, used the drill 26th then yesterday on 27th it stopped working. Just stopped. No warning or bad sounds or anything just stopped. I've missed the return window due to being away but I've no doubt this would have broken within that time frame had I not had the week off work. I've left a review for the seller and hoping to hear back to get a refund! Shame this happened but I'd now only recommend this item for infrequent use and not for professionals as advertised!
