Supremely Comfortable
When you have to spend most of your time in a lift chair, life is too short to not be comfortable. This chair is the ultimate in comfort. The motors are quiet and smooth and the choices of position are limitless! This is just a great chair all around. PS - The Zero Gravity setting is a dream come true!

Golden Lift Recliners - Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service
Do not buy an expensive Golden lift recliner if you need it to work right away. We purchased one brand-new (shipped straight from Golden) last week, it didn't work at all, and Golden has been completely unapologetic and slow to make things right. They initially sent the wrong replacement handset and then shipped us the correct one via a slow method (still waiting for it) just to save a few bucks - and all the while, a family member hasn't been able to use the chair for the needed physical reasons. So it's been a week now and we still don't know if the chair will function, plus there are no refunds (only replacement parts sent at their leisure) once you open the box. Buyer beware - you may get lucky or you may not, like us.
