Leaks and lack of instructions
It tends to leak constantly since the parts do not seal well, it flooded my living room. They also come with some parts not mentioned in the instructions. The instructions are just pictures so it is literally a puzzle. They also come with foam and some cotton bags but no instructions on how to use them.Apparently these are not supposed to have any soil. Not great for beginners! I guess you get what you pay for.

Does not last over time. Do not waste your money.
The media could not be loaded. Used for a year. Machine completely discolored. Do not plan for this to be on a patio or in the sun. HUGE waste of money. Water does not flow accurately to reach all levels of the machine appropriately. The little slits holders will mold if you do not angle them to prevent water from sitting in the plant holders. Lot of cleaning has to be done once you get a little mold in there from sunlight. Forget even disassemblying it. Once snapped in place, it is not coming apart easily.

Disappointed!
I’m a little disappointed in the performance. I have yet to successfully grow anything, and the water runs through the connected areas, so it required being put in a kiddie pool to keep my floor dry. Will try again soon

Wouldn't recommend for indoor use
The whole system was too large for my space.1. Too big to move around on a dolly2. Way too tall with all 8 levels. Was never able to use all levels, Used 30 pods at most.3. Once the pieces are in place, very difficult to take apart to clean.4. Very noisy for indoor use5. Flooded twice, what a mess!!!6. Replaced pump after a week, rattled on the bottom of the tank7. Tank is difficult to access. I don't understand why most of these system make it impossible to access the tank easliy.8. Watering system is a square pvc pipe configuration, slipped out of place frequent and some plants were not getting water. With grow lights attached on the lid, this process was a MAJOR chore!9. Add an air pump when it started smelling stale even with fresh water added frequent.Gave up on this system after 4 months and too meager harvest.Wasted over $649. Pump and air pump are being used in another system.

Easy to assemble
All the parts fitted well. I have it full of strawberry plants. I like it.
