Q: How do I wire this to turn on my auxillary lights when motorcycle is turned on and turn off lights when motorcycle is turned off?

You’d have to splice it into the existing wiring for your head light. It’s much easier to run it to the battery and just remember to shut them off

Q: On the Handlebar switch, the white wire control the relay (positive output) and the red wire goes to the battery (positive input)?

On the wiring kit I installed the handlebar switch (red and white) wires connect to the relay with a pigtail connector. The heavier gage (red and black) wires from the relay go to the battery, and the (red and blue) wires connect to the light bar. All three wire sets where in individual shrink tubing. The relay was pre wired and sealed so I can’t see where the white wire actually plugs in from the switch.
