Its designed beautifully and packaging also very good but it doesn't generate enough temperature to relax muscles. Also, they should provide this in different sizes as it won't fit everyone. I wanted to return but they don't return or replace this item

It's doesn't work at all although I got refund from Amazon. But its not about refund i have invested time to search and select the product. As i know Amazon never let their customers down they refunded me.. No complain with Amazon only the product doesn't good at all.

The media could not be loaded.  This for joints.whatever you are running,gym- ing playing a sports, joints like elbow ,wrist knee or ankle bear the most brunt , often leading to an annoying and discomforting pain.

The product meets expectation of heat generation.

Tried sandpuppy heating belt. Its relatively thin in comparison to other heating pads, hence comfortable to use. Soothing for muscle spasms, stiff back and shoulder. My mother in law is using it and liking it. Heats quickly in less than a minute set to an optimum temperature. Easy to operate and safe. Has a long cable also.
