Love Samsung....but this one not so much
The phone is trash definitely sending it back ..they sent the wrong charger to the phone unfortunately I threw the box away but I will use another box to send this phone back.The phone freezes. Sometimes it doesn't connect me to the internet and it's not my internet because I called to get help and they said it was the phone.Not buying no more used or refurbished phones too many problems

Phone is New Condition and Unlocked
I was worried the phone wouldnāt be unlocked due to all the negative reviews but the phone indeed was unlocked just had to go on my metro account and click use number under new device and that was it switch the SIM card over and the phone works lovely.It is not slow, calls are great, phone does not freeze, battery life has been great. Definitely worth the price.
