I'm a big believer in acupuncture, so when I found out that you can buy ear seeds for personal use at home, I immediately purchased this set from Amazon.These ear seeds work perfectly, and I will definitely be using these on a regular basis in between my professional acupuncture appointments.

So I’ve had bad TMJ pain and nothing helps. Specifically on the right side of my jaw. The 1st day I put these on they helped almost immediately. I leave them on overnight and for 2 days. Once they are off a day the pain returns. I’d say this was a great bargain. And I’m so thankful I finally found something to help this terrible pain.

I noticed a remarkable result with my ears within a couple of minutes of application!

Helped my sciatic nerve pain.

Delivered before advertised date. Nice and need packaging, seeds and point prope neatly in separate compartments. Instruction booklet easy to follow and understand. Good value for money. Just hope that the seeds will stick as some of my colleagues had problems with their seeds and had to source seed glue. Not the same supplier.

I'll take any relief I can get for my migraines and these really did help.
