THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS WHAT I HAVE BECOME USED TOO. I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED!

I bought this mainly to do leg curls and leg extensions with door anchor. I also use it in door anchor for working arms and shoulders. The lateral bands are ok. Works better for using it on seated leg raises and additional resistance for lateral exercises with weights.

Love it! Just got it today.with the resistors I can work muscle groups that I have difficulty training with free weights. Comfortable and stable. High quality piece of equipment.

Product has a fatal flaw in how theankle strap is attached to the bands. It will break! And when it does it will hurt you full force in the leg. Beware! With that said, this is the only lifeline product i have had an issue with and i have allot of them. This one needs reengineering.

Because the cable connectors are snuggly attached to the ankle straps, there is slack introduced which, of course, reduces resistance. You don't get resistance until a significant portion of the movement has already been completed.There are others that complain about this. I am adding it again.Also, order through Amazon. If you order directly through them, *you* must pay the return shipping for dissatisfaction with a poorly designed product.

The product is not useful for lateral band walks (resisting hip abduction), there is not enough resistance to start with due to the length of the ankle straps and band, products where the band wraps around the ankle are better as they allow for greater resisted range of motion.
