As with any caulk, linear feet depends on width of caulk bead, as well as using appropriate backer material for deep gaps.

Q: I need to repair a grout line almost in the middle of my kitchen. Would this product be suitable for repairing that area.

I dont think this is the product for that particular repair. This product is a little watery when applied and not sure about its durability either. I used it for sealing the thin gap around a painted wooden window trim on the inside of the window, it looks good but wouldn't recommend it for a grout repair. It is your choice though if you want to try it.
