I love this bookshelf! I was searching for something to add to my room that wasn’t too big but that could be both functional and good looking. I fell in love when I saw it listed and had to have it. It is the perfect size for my smaller, apartment bedroom space and it perfectly fits my style. It was very easy to assemble and I can say that as a woman who has done little to no handy work in her life. I have to say, though fairly sturdy, it isn’t made of the most hardcore materials, so still be cautious if that is a deal break for your situation. I don’t think it’ll break down and die though lol. In the end I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I highly recommend it! I may even need to get another one soon!

I was looking for a bookcase to replace a $20 bookcase from another retailer that collapsed after about a year (think catastrophic failure). I found this bookcase on Amazon and I liked that it had metal supports and no back, which made it easy to run wires (I have all of my network gear on this bookcase along with a good number of books). Assembly was not difficult at all. The instructions were easy to follow, and there was at least one extra of just about everything, which is always appreciated. It was a bit wobbly at first because I followed the instructions and didn't tighten everything down hard until the very end, but once I did this it was very sturdy. It had no problem holding a giant battery backup, network attached storage, several college texts, and my modem and router. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. It looks great (minus my horrible cable management, but that is not the bookcase's fault) and I do not anticipate I will have the same issue I had in the past.

I was worried that it will have a cheap feel to it. It looks good, sturdy, and love the dark wood style finish. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it. The last step says to attach it to the wall if you like, but it is an optional step. It balances fine just by itself. I use it put few books and shelf decor.

Love this bookshelf! I searched and searched for an ‘industrial’ metal and wood style bookshelf to put my plants on. I just couldn’t justify spending $200. When I found this one and it had a coupon making it under $100 I thought surely it would be cheap feeling or too small. I decided to take a chance on it and I am so glad I did! It’s perfect, the sizing is just right for all my little plants and knick knacks. It is very surprisingly sturdy and was pretty simple to assemble. I added led grow light bars for my plants. Overall very happy with the value.

Pros:> Very cute> Can hold a large number of books without wood sagging> Good size for price> Quality wood used is nice> Easy to follow instructionsCons:> Assembly is difficult alone (especially fitting individual shelves to both sides> Shelf sits "front heavy" and may need reinforced if you are placing books near the front of it> Seams dont match perfectly where bolted (if youre a perfectionist, it will 100% drive you insane)> Some holes are mis-aligned so shelves will sit crooked when attaching them between each side. This makes assembly difficult as you progress, but overall isn't noticeable once fully finished.> Some bolts came stripped (but there were extras)

This shelf looks nice and was easy to assemble. Didn't have any issues with missing parts or things not lining up when putting it together, in fact I noticed they give you a few extra of all small parts in case you lose something. When I got it together after about 30 minutes I'm happy to say it feels solid as a rock, not wobbly at all, and the adjustable feet on the bottom are great too because I have uneven tile in my room, but I was able to adjust the feet so it sits firmly on the ground. I would recommend this shelf to anyone.

Unfortunately I don't know the actual weight limit per shelf but I think it is in the product description. I wanted a decent-sized bookcase for my living room and kept striking out on Amazon....I didn't want to spend more than $75 or so if I could help it. I wanted something that looked nice and wasn't just generic wire or fiberboard shelving. I wish these had been a tiny bit cheaper because they were a little over my budget, but they look nicer than I thought they would, so it kinda evens out. I like how they're built and they're pretty easy to put together.

This is a modern/industrial styled bookshelf that looks nice anywhere. The wood matches some other furniture that I have really well. It was a bit difficult to assemble at times but only because it was just me; with 2 people, it wouldn't be challenging at all. I didn't have a screwdriver and it didn't come with one, so that set me back a bit too. Once completed, it is pretty sturdy and straight standing, although it will sway back and forth just a TAD if you push it (to be fair, could just be that I need to tighten it more). For the money, I'd say it's definitely 5/5!
